They keep you informed of the timeframe, estimate of cost and repairs needed to be done! I truly trust their recommendations! If you have an import car- you need to use this shop!

This is the best car repair shop by far that I have been to that took care of my car and my needs. I found out about them at a gas station where I saw a man with the same kind of car that I had and asked him where do he go to get his care serviced. He referred me to them and I spoke with Kelley and once I told her what my car was doing and explained to her the $1500 that I had lost days earlier on false diagnosis she assured me that they will get to the route of my problem and fix my car. I got my car towed to them on a Tuesday and by Thursday I was picking my car up and it was fixed! FINALLY!!!!My car runs great and Kelley kept me informed about everything that needed to be done on my car. No other European car repair shop in Atlanta will ever touch my car again. European Imports is the only people that I will deal with and I recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area with a foreign car. Great customer service along with great price and they will have my business for life. Rasheedah 1997 Mercedes C230!!! (a very happy and grateful customer)

I had the pleasure of dealing with EIS recently when my check engine light illuminated. EIS diagnosed my vehicle and gave me a very fair estimate. The ladies who work in the office were so kind and provided me with a rental car making the necessary maintenance more convenient. EIS preformed the work on my vehicle and during the test drive the wonderful mechanic Jessie noticed a slight vibration in the steering. As it turns out he found a problem that could have ended in fatality had I lost steering control of my vehicle. Thank God for Jessie's thoroughness. Seems I have a new mechanic and will be sending my grandmother with her '83 Mercedes 300D. Thank you EIS you've definitely earned a happy new customer! And the hand written thank you card in the mail was a wonderful personable touch!

So far EIS serviced my car only once, rear brake change. Price was way better than at the dealer, it was fast, professional and
courteous.

I called few other independent European car shops in Atlanta before calling EIS, and let me tell you, just on the phone you can feel the difference.

EIS undersells itself a little bit on its website, the gallery section of the website shows primarily older cars. Reality is far from that, when i visited them the whole lot was full of late year BMW's including 7 and 6 series.

Owning European car shouldn't be as expensive as dealers try to make us believe.

Give them a try, EIS is a cure for that headache you get after talking to dealership.
