I took my car in to get fuel injectors replaced because they gave me a quote below what the dealership was quoting me. After renting a car for a week they came back to me with a quote almost double what they originally gave me. They then kept it for another week (while I rented a car) and told me it was fixed. It wasnt fixed and stopped working a day later. I took it back and they said they verified that it was fixed. In fact they never even looked at it because it sat in the same spot for 4 days. Furthermore, it still doesnt work properly. Either these guys have no clue what they are doing or are just there to rip you off. STAY AWAY

This review was actually meant for the Roswell Rd Shop not the Piedmont Shop. I looked into it and Mr Mutz is correct we did a poor job. I have since refunded Mr Mutz and he is bringing the car into the Piedmont Shop to have things taken care of. I Sincerely Apologize and can assure everyone this will not happen again.
Jesse and his team provided the best experience I have ever had when it comes to car repair. My car was dead and the only way it was going to move is if I towed it. I heard great things about this shop, so I towed my car there. Jesse and his team were able to fix my car in two days! I was so happy to get my car back I nearly forgot about the cost, then I was even happier that it fit my budget. What else can I say, they know what they are doing.

I had this sound like a bird was trapped in my back wheel. Took it to my dealer's three years ago and they said my brakes were warped and it was safe to operate but if I wanted to be rid of the noise, I'd need to replace everything for $1,500. That persisted for three years! Last week, I took it to European Motors in Buckhead and they fiugred it was due to a loose bracket holding my muffler. Repair done and no more noise. This is my second time at European Motors. First time in Alpharetta and now in Buckhead. Same highest standards in the business. Jesse Brown and team -- you guys rock. PaulinBrookhaven

I have finally found someone I can trust to tell me the best steps I can take to handle my car. I came in for a diagnostic and Jesse charged me nothing to give me his advice and recommendations on how to move forward.

Helped me fix both of my cars at an affordable price. They also walked me through the details step by step so I could understand what was being fixed and why. They gave me pictures of the car, indicating where work was being done and how. I will never go to another place for as long as I live.

It is so nice to find a good auto repair shop that you can trust! I used them because of the excellent ratings on Kudzu. I drove 1 hour from Peachtree City to take my VW Cabrio. All repairs were done perfect and it actually cost less than the estimate because they said they didn't need to replace a part that they thought they would! I will continue to make the drive from PTC.

I came in right after going to the dealer to get my oil changed. The dealer said that the radiator tube was broken and wanted to charge me $300 to fix it. Jesse and company looked at it and said only the temperature sensor was broken; would only cost $60. They were fast, efficient, and honest. Will definitely come back.

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with European Motor Cars. As an owner of a 2001 Audi A4, I have had more repairs than I even care to recall. With that I've had many experiences at dealerships and automotive repair centers. The friendliness and terrific customer service I received from Dave and Jay was simply outstanding. Dave even went out of his way to do a price comparison for me without me even asking. Fair, friendly, dependable, and a repair center with integrity isn't too easy to find but you will experience all of this at European Motor Cars. So long dealership repairs!

I moved to Atlanta about 5 years ago and always had a reliable "mom and pop" mechanic service back in SC, but couldn't find anyone like it in GA. I bought my Audi about 3 years ago and have since had some MAJOR and expensive repairs. The dealership was SO expensive and I would sometimes go out of my way to get back to SC for repairs. I found EMC last year and am happy to say I do not have to go to SC for repairs anymore. They always provide the BEST customer service and timely repairs. Thanks for all the great service!

I had a check engine light that indicated a sensor malfunction. Jesse and the team didn't stop there in assessing the situation, they realized it wasn't really a sensor, but a small leak in my turbo recycler valve. I didn't have the time to leave it that day, so Jesse informed me that it wasn't a real mechanical problem and posed no real risk to the engine. He said I'd be fine waiting to get it fixed. The point is, these guys don't start swapping out perfectly good parts to address what the computer says. They take it further, analyze the root cause and fix the right thing the first time. I've had dealers recommend replacing 2 week old O2 sensors. I'm confident these guys would never waste my money that way... Take your vehicle here with confidence.

I recently moved to Atlanta and was happily surprised to find this shop in Buckhead. I appreciate the knowledge, experience, and hard-work that these guys are already well-known for; after all, I as well found this shop on Kudzu. This shop offers a much better value than any dealerships I've been to, and Jesse is excellent at keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop to any driver.

It's rare to find honest and knowledgable mechanics these days, but at European motor cars they follow through with both qualities and ice the cake with exceptional customer service as well. They took a look at my little Honda despite it not being of European make. Quick estimates, honest pricing, and reliable service: what more could one want in a mechanic?
