uggh
I've been to the one at Sports Arena and to be honest these people are nice but still have consistent problems. I waited 3 hours for a repair. I told the guys at the counter I would walk around the neighborhood and check a few things out, After being gone for over 2.5 hours and coming back my car was never touched. I was told they were busy and that they explained that. But it wasn't so much that it was correct as much as they were being jerks about it. I wont' be shopping at Evans if all their locations are the same.

Shop all you want then go to Evans Tire
I read the other review and it doesn't make sense. I shopped around for a few weeks just checking out what I could find. Listened to recommendations from friends and others. When I went to Evans Tire on Convoy I was very impressed. I bought four tires for my car! The next day I was with a friend in their car and they had a flat in front of my house. We changed it and I told him to go to Evans Tire to get it fixed. I was BBQing at the time and we all know that the meat comes first! So he comes back 30 minutes later, just in time for BBQ, and says they fixed the flat and put it back on the car for free he was going to at least tip the guy but NOPE NADA he wouldn't take it. The next week my sister-in-law needed tires and we told her to go to Evans, well she shopped around. that is her right.and she went back to Evans Tire. She came home and said "You know, those guys have better prices and service than (can't be named but they are a huge tire outlet)....

Lies and let downs
The service took longer than I was told; the worker was working on a friend's car instead of mine. Counter guy was rude and offensive when it was their fault and I never offended them at all. My road-hazzard was not honored because I was told it was "too old" even though it was a lifetime road-hazzard and the tire still had 20% tread left. I later convinced the manager to honor the road-hazzard but of course it was pro-rated. I just wanted to get what I paid for.
