Eve's Anytime Tree Service

Eve's crew did take down 2 large pines close to the house without damaging the house. But:

- they splattered the entire back of the house with mudd top to bottom. It took 2 of us 2.5 hours on ladders in 40F weather with hoses to hand scrub off the georgia red clay so it did not stain our paint.

- they drove their truck and chipper in our front yard, with Eve standing there. This is after Eve explicitly stated they do not drive equipment in the yard, 'that is old school'. It was very wet and they did did put ruts in the yard.

- we had a misunderstanding, I thought the stump grinding was included. Eve stated it was not. To her credit, she did pay for it. But I am not sure why when we discussed it there was any confusion. Her company does not grind stumps, why did she not state that when we talked about what was included?

-We got 4 bids, Eve's was the 2nd most expensive. I would have expected a more professional company for the price.

A very large tree fell on our house in the middle of the night, leaving my family (including my twin baby girls) trapped. After reading reviews on Kudzu, I called Eve’s Anytime Service at 5:30 a.m. After telling her about my emergency, she told me that she could be there in an hour with her crew. She arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, and provided me a proposal that was extremely fair. Eve and her crew were more than professional and wanted to do as much as possible to make our life easier. They immediately cleared our driveway and front door so we were no longer trapped. They removed the rest of the massive tree in an incredibly timely manner. Their clean-up of our property was even more impressive – it was spotless! Not only did they clean all the debris, but all the leaves along our driveway. As a final touch, they took the chipped wood and mulched our beds to make our house look beautiful again. I do not believe I have ever seen a crew work harder. Plus, given our dire situation, it was such a relief to work with Eve, who really cared about our welfare and our unfortunate predicament. She clearly loves what she does and takes pride in her work. Most importantly, it was obvious that she and her crew wanted to help. I assure you that this is the tree service company you want to hire.

After losing out with several other tree services, I finally found Eve. She came right out to do an onsite estimate and called me from my front yard with the run-down. She and her crew came out two days later and got the job done. It was a difficult and dangerous treebut Eve's crew addressed it quickly and the efficiently.

After watching a previous tree service butcher a smaller treeand then bail on finishing the job, I was very impressed with Anytime's precise and expedient response. If you want the job done right the first time, call Anytime. Eve is a total sweetheart and her crew are awesome guys. I’ll always use and recommend Anytime from now on. I promise they will not disappoint you.
