Dealing with Everdry was a pleasure from the estimate scheduler, the estimator and the very proficient foreman and crew who did our job. It is a good feeling to know that their lifetime warranty is protecting our home. Pat L Suwanee

After heavy rains caused flooding in my basement, I had Everdry install their pump and air system. Team was on time, installed all necessary items without fuss, and responded to all my questions knowledgeably and respectfully. At a later date, I called them to check out my system for a potential problem that, as it turned out, was unrelated to them. They responded quickly with their team, checked out the system, and explained clearly to me all they had completed.Everdry's home personnel have always been helpful, as well. I am pleased with the service Everdry provides and never worry about the prior problems that existed before they installed their system!

We scheduled a quote with them, and they called 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival to say they weren't coming. We rescheduled for two days later, and I called them when no one had arrived as of 45 minutes past the scheduled time. Not only did they not know when their technician would arrive, but they also were unwilling to have him come when I said my husband would have to miss part of the inspection. Their insistence on having both me and my husband present for a full 90 minutes, particularly when they had already inconvenienced us so significantly, I found unreasonable. I don't know if they do good work or not, but I wouldn't recommend even trying to get a quote.

I purchased my home in 2005 which had a basement with an existing Trotter waterproofing system. That year, with record-setting rainfall, there were some problems with water in my basement. Trotter came out, inspected the system and suggested I supplement the system with another $6,000 in work. Huh?? Apparently I was confused about what a transferable lifetime guarantee meant. We then went into several years' drought, so the system wasn't a problem, but as soon as the rain returned, I had water in my basement again and a lot of it! I called Trotter again and explained I was giving them anther opportunity to make the system function as it should but was also shopping other companies. In the end, although Trotter reduced the quote, they still expected to be paid for additional work to fix the existing system. At that time, I also looked at AquaGuard and Everdry and after reviewing the systems and reading customer reviews, I was convinced Everdry was the best solution for my home. Everdry *removed* the Trotter system and installed an Everdry system. I have had the Everdry system for nearly five years now and have had no issues whatsoever. I no longer get stressed when it rains and best of all, I have a dry basement! Thank you Everdry!

Working with EveryDry was a pleasure. The workers were very courteous and professional and always on time. Never left a mess at the end of the day. They fixed the problem and with a lifetime transferable warranty, I have peace of mind. Their price was competitive too! I would use this company again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Everydry! Jody A.

After an explanation to owners wife of the dust situation that was left by crew, they were willing to compensate us for the cleanup. They sincerely apologized for the mess and agreed that preconstruction preparations to protect our belongings from the dust should have been followed more closely. We appreciate their offer to help with cleanup costs.

I was contacted by an everdry representive, and upon inspection found I did indeed some type of protection for my foundation. I was very pleased with the quality of work and time that was needed to do the work, I have been totally dry and my foundation is now safe, not only did the work get rid of my water problem, but I no longer have any mold or mildew issues, Job well done.

I can't say enough about a merchant who provides you with a simple guarantee and then gladly comes back again and again until his work is as perfect as he promised. A 32 year old ranch style home, on a hill with a partial basement and crawl space that has been flooding with every heavy rain year after year is a real challenge. Over a year after the first waterproofing, during a remodel, we discovered "hidden" water in the crawl space. The crew was there the next week to do a major rework and redesign of that area. When the reduced dampness still impacted our new wood floors six months later, the crew came immediately to further encapsulate the "dirt". All at no additional charge. I am enjoying my DRY "man cave" thanks to Everdry Waterproofing and the rest of our home is also comfortable and mold free.

I had a system installed in 2009 after the big floods. They followed up fixing issues at the time of the install. Then, this year (2014) I had sinkholes in the front yard. Under warranty, they fixed a clogged drain pipe in the front yard, moved a drain box, and corrected the issue.

My basement had been repaired for flooding several times, and I needed someone who would figure out how to stop it. The Everdry fellow said he could do this, and seemed earnest and honest. I told them I wanted if fixed, and gave them no trouble over the price. He did the work he said needed to be done. The next heavy rain, even more flooding came in the basement. Apparently the water is coming in from a different place than the one he patched. He did come back to try to find the problem, but his idea of "fixing" was putting a little patch on a different place and wait for another rain. We've been messing with this basement for a year now, and the problem is not solved. The Everdry company failed to do a thorough analysis, under estimated the job, and is not particularly interested in getting to the bottom of the problem, at least not under warranty. If you have a problem that does not have an obvious solution, they are NOT the company you should call. They are not the only waterproofing company that acts this way, they are the second one I have hired trying to solve my problem. What a crappy industry. These people are not engineers and have not done a competent job of solving my problem. Money spent on them is wasted. Michael Webb Roswell, GA 30076

Not worth the money and stress! Definitely get a second quote! The teams showed a lack of common sense and a disregard for doing the job the right way (the first time). They required extensive oversight from me. What do I know? Isn't that why you hire professionals? Example 1: Easy Breathe installation: Technician explained the need to seal all crawlspace vents. There was a vent that was difficult (certainly not impossible) to access as it was behind a wall. The tech told me he would make sure the wall was sealed vs. accessing and sealing the vent. Initially, I agreed (again, what do I know?) but then common sense won out and I questioned his reasoning. "Wouldn't it be best for you to seal all vents so NO moist air gets into any part of the crawlspace?" He agreed and got the tools needed to access and seal the vent. Really?! You are the expert! Should I have to follow you around the crawlspace to make sure you are doing your job? Example 2: The crew initially began digging and implementing a solution that was not what was presented and agreed upon during our consultation. After the Easy Breath installation experience, my husband stayed home to watch over them and had to stop the crew (and crew leader) and course correct before they got too far (again, what do we know?!). They ended up giving us some money back for our troubles (~10%), but it was a stressful, miserable, and EXPENSIVE experience. It really makes me dread getting work done on my house!
