I called ahead and asked how much they would charge to check something in my car. The lady said no charge to diagnose the problem. So I took it in and had to leave it there. Then the guy (name is Sid) calls back and said it would cost $300 to fix the problem. When I told him I would talk to my husband about it, he said if I don't fix it by them, they would have to charge me $70 to get my car back. So either way I have to pay, so they fixed it. Then I noticed later that something else in my car wasn't working, but was before I brought it in. When I called them about it, Sid said they didn't break anything, and wouldn't do anything about it. Needless to say, we are NEVER going to bring any of our cars to them again. Go somewhere that will fix your car right and a place that you can trust what they say.
