The only agreement I signed with Excella was a basic service order. Their fine print is on another document called a "Master Service Agreement" After 1 year of use, not happy with the quality, they want $1500.00 to cancel my contract!

Have had excella since it was NV telephone. Recently moved house and tried to contact them to switch over. Unable to contact anyone for 4 days. All calls are diverted to a call center where they pass on the calls. Nobody called me back. I called another company to start service with them. They said Excella has to agree to release me. Finally got a call from Excella who told me that I needed to give them 7 days notice before I move and it would cost me $65. I had tried calling 5 days before move! Now they won't release me although I don't have a contract. Worst customer service EVER!
