Executive Auto Glass! As good as it gets! We had terrible weather this week in Georgia and my windshield was broken by ice flying off the car in front of me. I called Executive, received a very competitive quote that I jumped on, and they came out the NEXT morning to replace my windshield. I was highly impressed with their great quality and service. Tim was very knowledgeable, quick and professional. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs their auto glass repaired or replaced. Lifetime Warranty!

I was extremely disappointed with customer service. I scheduled an appt. for 8-10am. When no one had shown up by 1010am, I called the company. The woman who answered the phone told me the installer was finishing another job and would arrive an hour later. I explained that I had other appts. and would have appreciated someone calling me to explain the delay. She stated she was not going to listen to me vent. I promptly canceled the appt. Common courtesy and good business sense is lacking with this company and I would not use them again.

As the owner of Executive Auto Glass I am sorry you feel our service let you down. Our installer was delayed at the previous customers location. I called and tried to offer you service at another time or I could personally come to you and install your glass at any time or any place, including right now, but you never let me have a chance. We have always went above and beyond to make our customers feel they get the best service possible, as our reviews show. I also listened to the phone conversation between my staff and this customer after I talked to the customer and none of the transactions about our staff saying they are not going to listen to you vent are correct. Our staff was never given the chance to talk similar to our conversation. I and this company believe in great customer service and have given that to Atlanta area residence for years. If given the chance we would have loved to try to accommodate you as well. If there is anything I can do to help please do not hesitate to ask.
Professional, prompt service from initial contact via email to final installation of windshield! Excellent price as well. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. Keep up the great work, Executive Auto Glass!

I chose to give my business to this company based on their excellent customer reviews on Kudzu. I called on 2/28/12 and spoke with the customer service rep -- she verified my correct address & phone number. She scheduled my windshield replacement for my '86 F150 for the following morning (2/29/12)between the hours of 8 am to 12 noon. I was also told that I would be contacted first by the tech with an eta. Not only did they fail to keep their committment to show between 8 - 12 noon as promised, they didn't even bother to call between 8 - 12 noon. Based on their failure to show up when they promised & no eta phone call I cannot recommend giving this company your business. Tim

After reading this review I listened to the phone call between this customer and my CSR. It was explained to the customer that his appointment was to have the installer arrive between 9-12. The installation would take one hour and he would have to let the vehicle sit for one hour after the completion of the installation. I (the owner) gave the customer his courtesy call at 11:45AM from the corner of his street to notify him I would be there in 5 to 10 minutes. At this time the customer told me that he was planning to leave with the truck soon. When I explained that the vehicle would have to sit for an hour after I worked on it for an hour he became upset and expressed he thought it would be ready to drive by noon. When I offered to come the next morning early so that it could be done and ready to drive before noon, he again expressed how he wanted it done and ready to drive before noon today (Which by this time was 5 minutes from now), I again offered to come out in the morning. At this point the customer explained to me that because his windshield was not installed and ready to drive before noon that he would be writing a bad review on here about our service and then hung up. I understand that the customer misunderstood our CSR by thinking that he would be ready to drive by noon. We are sorry for the mistake but the CSR clearly said your appointment terms while reviewing your appointment and safe drive away time at the end of the conversation. We try to make each customer a happy customer but we can not install a windshield if we know the vehicle has to be driven before the adhesive used to secure the glass is dry. Safety comes first !!
I did my research after my insurance company wanted to send me to another company to replace my front windshield and saw that they did not use OEM glass and I found Executive Auto Glass while searching the internet and read all the great reviews on them and decided this is the company I want to use. I called my insurance company and made the switch. They are so upfront about everything, I spoke with Tim the owner and Kathy it was like speaking to good friends who care. Executive Auto Glass's Tech Dean came out on his off day to my job to install my windshield, Dean is great! Dean knows what he is doing. My windshield glass looks beautiful it is perfect. They are professionals and use OEM products not some cheap product on the market without your safety in mind just to save a buck like some company I wont mention. If you are smart you will use Executive Auto Glass for all of your glass needs. I will never go anywhere else! A customer forever! N.B Covington, Ga

Let me first start by saying that the prices are great and Dean, the technician, was extremely friendly! However, this company seems to have a huge issue with communication. I had to reschedule my first appointment due to a family emergency (which was fine, I was able to notify the tech before he made it to my home). I called to reschedule and everything seemed fine...until the next morning when they called to ask me to reschedule. Apparently there was no trace of my previous reservation. But then, a few hours later the tech called to let me know he was on his way. I know, very confusing. At the end of the day, the work was done and the tech was great. It was just a major pain trying to reschedule the appointment.

When the customer called back to reschedule they called the installer and not the office. This is why the office called back and had no trace of the appointment. The installer had not told the office the customer called back to reschedule. We are happy that you are satisfied with the installation, the price and it was done in the time frame promised when you rescheduled. We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you.
Called and requested the original Ford Glass be used to replace the window in my Taurus. Tim arrived the same day with a windshield that was absolutely identical to the Ford factory windshield. The price was lower than three other companies I called and Tim was a skilled professional installer. In 45 minutes the windshield was show-room new. Great company!

In this day in age it is very refreshing to find a company that goes above and beyond. EAG was recommended to me by our car dealer. Our insurance company was a challenge to deal with and Kathy at EAG was not only patient,but finally took it upon herself to resolve the problems with the claim. Not to mention that the installation went perfect and the new windshield looks great. IT is truly a surprise these days to receive great service, a great product and a very fair price. I could not recommend EAG more, you will be very happy you called them.

Tim did a great job replacing the windshield in my truck. Met me at my work, down ITP, and replaced the windshield right there in the parking lot. Total convenience for me and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

I just had my windshield replaced this a.m. E.A.G. Recommended by my Cumming Allstate ins group.Work was done quickly and professionally.He is very knowledgeable and his customer service is above exceptional!!(sorry can't remember his name)(senior moment) But I will tell every one what great service Executive Auto Glass provides.

EAG was referred to me and they were 1 of 3 companies I called for a quote. Not only were they the least expensive, but they also arrived on time. Tim was polite, professional and efficient. He did what he said he would do and finished earlier than I expected. I would use them again for service.

The technician called ahead and showed up exactly on time. I had called half a dozen companies to get prices and they were the most affordable. Quick and great service. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
