Words don't describe the presentation of new landscape, waterfall and retaining walls that they constructed for my husband and I. Mr. Hanna and his team are fantastic. We highly recommend them.

Just completed a complete makeover of our property. Owner, Phillip Hanna, very happy with his ideas and his team was super. They have done my maintenance now for three months and my property has never looked this good. Thank you ELS

Do not be fooled by the phoney positive reviews, and please avoid this nightmare. This company does not show up to complete work, does very sub-standard work when they do show up, but the owner charges top dollar for shoddy work. After several complaints about the condition of my yard the owner NEVER corrected or admitted deficiencies. The team of workers assigned to my home complained about how the owner (their boss) regularly lies about his services, number of plants installed, etc. When I refused to pay for a fraudulent bill, the owner INSULTED ME WITH A RACIST COMMENT. Do yourself a major favor --stay away from this awful company.

Mr. Hanna and his teams at Executive Lawn Scapes recently completed a major overhaul of my 1 acre property. We initially wanted to re landscape it all but after discussing options with Mr. hanna, he offered us an alternative approach by looking at the property after the cleanup to see what plants and trees would compliment the new landscape. Because our lot is so big and the landscape should compliment it we took is advise and performed the cleanup first. During the cleanup he suggested many ideas. We ended up using most of his suggestions and now in place, the new landscape is amazing. Including an outdoor kitchen area, fireplace, Koi pond and many new plants and trees. We really liked his ideas and would definately use them again.

After talking with several landscapers from the bigger ones to the smaller ones we chose Executive Lawn Scapes. We came to Kudzu and saw that Mr. Hanna had a few unhappy clients in the past but after speaking with his other clients and looking at the landscapes we decided to go with Mr. Hanna's ideas. Needless to say what he said they would do and what they did were perfectly complimented. They installed a flagstone patio with a fire pit, pondless waterfall and a large plant package that looks incredible in out backyard. I would highly recommend using them. They completed our project in early March of this year.

Executive Lawn Scapes ELS has been taking care of my lawn for over 14 years. They first re-landscaped my front yard, and it still looks awesome. They have been dependable, regular, and my lawn looks great. They have not raised my monthly fee even once! Their team is professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

We've had Executive Lawn Scapes take care of our lawn for many years. They do a super job and their rates are reasonable. The owner is wonderful to work with and the men who do the work are very efficient and caring. We highly recommend them!

So Executive Landscapes is in business to make your lawn and lanscape beautiful. And how do they go about getting your business? By throwing a ziploc bag full of rocks with a flyer inside into the yards of everyone on our street. This despite the fact that we have "No Soliciting" signs at the entrance to our neighborhood. And despite the fact that this is illegal as per Cobb County ordinance. And when you call them to ask them to stop this practice, they tell you it is within their rights and they will keep doing it. The other reviews here speak for themselves. A legitimately successful landscape company would do proper advertising and would already be booked via word of mouth. Why would you hire a company that has a rude owner and solicits you by throwing trash in your yard?

Be careful. Fast talking owner will turn into a different person if you decide to wait and try to charge you for services that you didn't agree upon. I asked for a quote and when I decided not to go with him, I received a $300 bill for the quote, not even a drawing. Do not do business here.

Very disorganized. Didn't hold up his end of the contract. Wouldn't stop our service even after repeated verbal and written requests to stop, but still billed us for it even though we had given proper notice.

Quality of maintenance was terrible. Lawn in terrible condition. He blamed on the weather, but could not explain why all the neighbors (who don't have service) were not affected by the weather. Cancelled service agreeing to the 2 months advanced warning required. The second month nobody showed up for maintenance but still got billed. Have received a bill each of the past 5 months. Each month since after receiving a bill for that no-service I have called leaving a detailed message that nobody came to maintain, and please call to tell me what service was offered. Phillip never called back. His last statement threatened to sue (over a few hundred $). All I have been asking for is a call back tellimg me the service he delivered in that last month. STAY AWAY!

Beautiful Buckhead home turned into a disaster by our changing services to the fast-talking owner. Should have listened to inner voice telling us his holier-than-thou attitude was more than misplaced confidence. His service levels stunk ... no returned phone calls, spot killing lawn unnecessarily, resisting replacement of "warranted" plants he installed ... list goes on. Hire them at your own peril.

I had a visit from Executive Lawn Scapes the day I was moving in my house. The previous owner used them, but I told them I wanted to think it over. The next week they showed up at my house anyway and I had to tell them to leave. Then without doing any work, they had the audacity to send me a bill. I called twice to discuss it with them, but received no return call.
