Eight weeks ago I called them out after checking BBB. I needed tiles replaced and some flashers secured. I told him to go up and give me a quote to replace all tiles that needed replacing. He came back with 16, pictures in all. The next day I guess they called and left a message stating they would be out the next morning. I work until midnights and they called the evening I was at work. I wasn't able to get the message. I had no idea we had an appt until my door bell rang. I was a little suprised. Fast forward to 8 weeks later, I go open a window in a room I don't usually use to to the nice weather turned and look out my window to see SIX completely cracked in half tiles (one practically dust) I was upset. I just had this person out to replace all these tiles. There has been no bad weather no trees in the way, nothing. They aren't even next to each other? I'm upset that I paid for something I thought was completed now to find out that it wasn't. I have tried to call. This is the second business day and they aren't answering their phone. I have left a message 3 days ago (Friday)

We are so pleased with our new shingled roof. Dustin the owner of Executive Roofing gave us an estimate, and helped us with the color selection. As the new shingles were being delivered, we had four men on the roof tearing off the old shingles. They hauled off the old shingles, repaired several holes on the roof, replaced two wind turbine's, and put on the new shingles. All this was done in two very hot days. The workers were polite, hard working and fast. We had no extra charges, service was delivered when promised, and the yard clean-up was perfect. Thank you Dustin, we appreciate everything. GOOD JOB!

Buyer Beware!!! They came out and gave me a quote. When I asked how soon they could do the repair, he said next week. I said it had to be a Wednesday, and he said they had a job in my neighborhood next Wednesday, so that would work. Next Tuesday, I was told Friday. I asked for the following Wednesday, and was told they were putting me on the calendar. When I asked what time, I was told first thing in the morning about 8:30. Wednesday at 9:45 we called. An hour later, they finally called back, and told us they would be out at 3pm. At 2pm they called to say they wouldn't be out until the next day. I told them they were deceitful, and before I could tell them they did a terrible job of communicating, I was told that they wouldn't do business with me. Buyer Beware!

I called at 2 o'clock because my guys came in and said that they could do the work the following day first thing in the morning, due to the wind. I said that it would be fine because i think safety first. Mr. V's job was a detailed job and I needed a full day. I tried to explain that to him but all i got was a few bad words and a hang up. I knew that he would come on here and say something. We kept in contact with Mr. V every step so i am very sorry for Mr. V's willingness to put lives in danger. I am not about to do that to my guys. They do very good work. So again, sorry for Mr. Vaughn but at this time i felt that it would be best to cancel the job. After all, i did not ask him for a down payment. He asked me if we could have the work done by April 15th, and I said no problem, I will fit you in and i get this for him?? Thanks Mr. V! I feel that Executive Roofing Inc. did it's best in keeping in contact to let him know what was going on with his job. And another thing...He should be HAPPY that we put the TIME and ATTENTION into our jobs, and not do poor work just to run to the next one. What if HE was that one who's job got 1/2 the attention just so we could run to another to make a buck?!?!?! We do not run our business like that. If we did not stay in contact with you, I could see your complaint, but we had the communication door open.
Owners and crew were courteous and performed the work well. Just a lack of professionalism when scheduling. A phone call to let me know when they'll arrive would be great and be there on the day you say you'll be there. That's all - not much. Just let the customer know when to expect you and be accountable. The actual work was good, just a little tightening up in these areas and this company would be much better.

Nothing is worse than the sound of rain dripping inside your house. When faced with this problem, our neighbor recommended Executive Roofing. The owner of the company Dustin, came out on Friday and gave us an estimate, for a new foam roof on our back room addition. The work was completed the very next day. The workers were very polite, and cleaned up everything. We couldn't be more pleased, in fact we plan this next month to have new shingles put on the ramaining roof. It's nice to find a company like Executive Roofing that will give you a price, do a good job, and leave you very satisfied. We highly recommend them!

Ive neede a new roof for a while, and have called several companies with no luck. Most of the companies didnt seem to have a clue about foam. They whould talk like they were reading it out of a book. I was in paridise valley when i saw a Big white trailer with Exucutive roofing on the side of it. I called and someone came out a couple days later. He answered all my questions and explained the whole procedure to me. I was a it worried about the rain this weekend, because i had a leak in my living room. To my suprise they were here tearing off and refoaming my roof on saturday. It was finished mid afternoon and my furniture was saved before the monday rain thanks for going the extra mile executive, Jodie

I had some major leaks in my roof and called Executive Roofing to come out and check it out for me. I am retired and had time to do some research. Another roofing company referred Executive Roofing--specifically Dustin---to come out and look at my roof. If a roofing company said ok, then it was something to look into. He came out, found the problems, and did not hesitate to make sure i was taken care of from the first visit to the last. He left my roof in perfect condition and I will recommend his services to anyone i come across. I always carry his card with me. Such a helpful man. You will not be disappointed!

I had problems with my roof. It was old ugly and leaked in a few spots. I called a few roofing companys. A couple of them just sent 'used car salesmen' to my house. Then Dustin from Executive came out for my estimate. I had shake and wanted shingles, i was tired of the look. Out of about 5 companies that came out he was the only one to look in my attic. I asked him why and he said something about split sheeting and so on. I know nothing about roofs so i looked it up on the internet. Split sheeting is the wood under shake and has gaps in it, which is impossible for shingles to keep from leaking. I then looked at some of the paperwork from the other companies and saw the 'sheeting clause' It said all sheeting needing to be replaced would be at an extra charge. Ouch...I then called executive roofing to sign with them, Although they were not the least expensive nor the most. Dustin, who i think is the owner of the company, was at my house within 3 days reroofing and completed in 2 days. Ive never been happier with the look of my house. I would recomend these guys to anyone who needs a roof. Great work guys
