Everyone at Expest has been wonderful and we have been using the service for years. The prices are very competitive and they are always on time, even when we have asked them to come out for an unscheduled problem. They came by today and were very thorough in checking a new problem, as well as working with us on what our best solution is, not what will make them the most money!

This past October we had called a number of companies many of whom refused to give any idea of the price for removing one bat from our attic over the phone. Expest honestly told us they wouldn't know for sure until they got up there but if it appeared to be one bat, "here is where the cost would start and could go up to". A rep came out and checked out the attic, told us there was only one bat and one entry point concern. The next day, two young men came out on time, removed the bat, put screening over the entry point, and took the bat with them. all this was done for the minimum charge which we felt was very reasonable. AND they were done with removing the bat and screening the entry within 15-30 minutes. Would absolutely call again.

Tim and his company have been servicing my house for years. I live in a heavily wooded area, yet this is the least "buggy" house I've ever lived in. I've had squirrel removal done also and the guys are very thorough. ExPest employees get continuing education to stay up with the latest and safest techniques.
To the person upset about the price of the termite letter, I work in the construction industry and see invoices for these letters often. This is a very fair price and a standard procedure.
I can't say enough good things about ExPest

I called with a "squirrel" problem. Billy came out, found the nest, eliminated it and cleaned up. professional, reliable reasonable all around excellent experience.

ExPest has been taking care of my home since 2002. The owner, Tim Sherrer, and his staff are highly efficient and trustworthy. His recommendations are straightforward and common sense based. There is absolutely no rassle-dazzle, high pressure selling. We have had zero problems with insects or termites.

I have also recommended ExPest to a number of neighbors. The neighbors have all reported similar favourable results back to me. And I still get invited to the neighborhood BBQ.

The pest control industry is fraught with misrepresentation and cheats – Arrow Exterminators comes to mind. ExPest is a very different kind of company – the gold standard of honesty and high quality work. ExPest is strongly recommended.
