They don't just do oil, the mechanics do everything, whatever it takes for YOU to feel secure. Creative Consideration. They KNOW their clients, in fact take the time to get to know your priorities about you and your vehicle then match those priorities with their genius mechanical talents. They are trustworthy most of all, which is a hard thing to come by, not just in any company but even a single person. Everyone that works at this particular location managed by James Elliot is VERY trustworthy and very polite. If you are not from Georgia, experience the last of great southern hospitality here. If you are one of the few of us who were raised with being polite, than you will have found a home for you and your vehicle.

Been a customer for years. Had a overheating issue with a friends Honda Civic. We went by Pep Boys and was quoted $535 dollars for a radiator and thermostat. I said a second opinion would be smart seeing how him and myself knew nothing about cars. I told him we needed to go see James at Express Oil Change. We showed up and they were super busy. After James and Joe took a look at it James said we had a heater hose leaking and also, a leak around the thermostat gasket. To make a long story short we were lied to at the other shop. Trust is important especially when ignorance is present meaning we knew nothing about the subject at hand. It would be simple to lead us astray. James told us $185.00 and smiled. Your radiator is fine he said. We got the car back and that was 2 months ago. Radiator was ok. Don't take my word, Go see for your self.
