I saw Dr Mike in 2013 and again in 2014. My sight changed for the worse, between those visits. After running numerous tests and even toke photos of my eyes, he was concerned by what he saw, and referred me to an ophthalmologist with my insurance plan. In the next 2 years, I saw two ophthalmologists of various sub-specialities, who finally send me out of network to to a Neuro-Ophthalmologist at Emory. The doctor at Emory was blown away at the detail of Dr. Mike's office notes, testing records and the color glossy photos. The Neuro-Ophthalmologist at Emory agreed with Dr. Mike's original diagnosis I needed the cataract removed. The other doctors had insisted it was too small to cause my problem.

Thorough. Smart. Empathetic. There's no getting better than Dr. Teri. Plus she has great staff, high quality optical vendors, and contemporary styled frames. If you want a thorough eye exam, with a pinpoint exact prescription, visit Dr. Teri. If you want to wear fashionable frames, go to Eye Elements. If you want the best contact lenses and lenses for your frames, go to Eye Elements. You won't be disappointed.

My initial experience was great, but after that it became a nightmare. I purchased one pair of glasses I was going to get a second pair but I could not make my mind up on the frame. I was never told that I had a time limit on which to choose my frame. I went to choose my second frame and when I was about to pick them out I was told that I no longer have a credit that was almost $300 that went back to the lab because I was not informed of my time limit because of that I will not ever return back here again. I was told it was in my contract but when I read the contract it was nothing that stated you have a time limit to choose a frame.I am totally disappointed totally dissatisfied and this is my only recourse is to write a review thank you!

I went in to get a pair of my first glasses, and found that the staff was always trying to oversell me on lenses, type of glass, frames everything. The optometrist was professional but she too was trying to pressure me into buying more than I needed. I was told that my glasses would come in two days and when they didn't and I called, they were rude on the phone. Customer service was awful! Would never go back! Everything was overpriced. I ended up spending about $500 for a pair of simple glasses. I should have just gone to Walmart!

I went into the Alpharetta office to have my exam a week or so ago. It's the first year I need bifocals and the staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable about my options. Erica, the girl who helped me was just full of options and explanations and demonstrations on how my new progressives were going to work. I've never felt more confident in a purchase!

Dr. Teri Hung was a great doctor. She kindly answered all my questions, offered different options to my eye needs, and she spoke in a user friendly way. I appreciate that. I felt like there was no problem that couldn't be solved in a way that would both satisfy my wants and address my needs. The front office staff were polite, but somewhat inappropriate in that they spoke openly about patients who called on the phone and often answered the phone (and took care of the customer on the phone) prior to addressing the face to face client in the office.
