Quick friendly service
I ordered new contacts not even thinking that I would get them before the Christmas rush. I received the contacts 3 days after ordering on Christmas Eve. The doctor took the right amount of time to evaluate my
vision.

Smart staff
I went into the Alpharetta office to have my exam a week or so ago. It's the first year I need bifocals and the staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable about my options. Erica, the girl who helped me was just full of options and explanations and demonstrations on how my new progressives were going to work. I've never felt more confident in a purchase!

A great eye doctor
Dr. Teri Hung was a great doctor. She kindly answered all my questions, offered different options to my eye needs, and she spoke in a user friendly way. I appreciate that. I felt like there was no problem that couldn't be solved in a way that would both satisfy my wants and address my needs. The front office staff were polite, but somewhat inappropriate in that they spoke openly about patients who called on the phone and often answered the phone (and took care of the customer on the phone) prior to addressing the face to face client in the office.
