Little to no wait time and super friendly staff. My contacts are even being mailed to my house directly. Thanks!

Thanks to all our great patients who appreciate us! Iíd like to respond to some of the reviews here. Several of them are PHONY REVIEWS from former disgruntled employees who want to punish us. As to the real complaints: 1- We bill vision AND medical insurance because we perform vision AND medical eye exams. In addition to your routine vision exam, we may also perform specialized medical tests that your vision plan doesnít cover, and we can either charge you, or we can bill your medical plan. 2- Friendly dogs in the office? Guilty! I moved to a new house this year, and I brought my dogs to work temporarily while a fence was built. 3- Cleanliness? We clean every piece of equipment and counter top with alcohol after each person is done. Period. Our bathrooms are always disinfectant clean. 4- I leave the exam room door open alot, so my staff can hear what is going on and be ready to respond right away. I speak quietly when I discuss health matters with patients, but if someone prefers the door shut, then I am quick to oblige. Some people feel safer with the door open, some with it shut. 5- Our dress code? I donít dress up because I donít need a coat and tie to give the impression that I am an expert. My employees dress comfortably. If someone wears a t-shirt, they are sent home to change. Thanks to all our great patients who appreciate us!

I made an appointment last week to see this doctor. I read the reviews and got very nervous about it. I really can not believe all the negative reviews about this place. I was in and out in a normal amount of time. The doctor and staff was very friendly. I liked how everyone was "not uptight" like most doctors and the staff looked like they really enjoyed working there. I would highly recommend this place.

This is an amazing place to go for eye health. The staff & the doctor is amazing and very friendly. They were able to help me with all my eye questions. I will most definitely go back there & recomend eye to eye vision to my family & friends that still live in GA.

Frankly, I'm surprised by the last reviews because I have been a patient at Eye to Eye for the last 2 1/2 years and found the service, quality and value excellent. Dr. Jeruss is thorough, kind, and excellent. His staff is also top-notch. I am a Dr. myself, and know good service when I experience it.

This was my first time going to see Dr. Jeruss and I took a chance as some of the reviews have been mixed. First of all when I arrived there was a big dog there. I was told it was his dog. Then I had to fill out their patient form on the computer, which I didn't mind until it took me 10 minutes because it had so many questions. I then waited 10 more minutes before I was taken back. A side note, the front office dresses terribly... hooded sweat shirts and sneakers?? So I finally got back there and we must have changed rooms 3 times! After I got settled in my room the door was left open and even during the meeting with the doctor the room was left open. I mean all my information was just out there for anyone to hear. So then I had to have some retinal scan and after that was done I was left sitting in there for another 15 minutes. The whole time I could hear the doctor in his office just socializing on the phone. Hello I am waiting! I couldn't wait to get out of there. Be careful because they will charge your medical insurance and your vision insurance. I even heard after the fact from friends that he makes stuff up just so he can do these scans on you and then charge insurance. Buyer beware!

Been going here for at least a couple of years or so, my husband and I, with our 2 teens. Have noticed a change in the Staff. Staff dresses sloppy and today, my husband went in to pick up his glasses and one of the staff members had their big dog in there. It barked as we were coming in. What was a Dog doing inside a Doctors Office....very unprofessional. So as I am cautious of dogs I do not know, I had to go sit out in the car and wait. Very Disappointed....taking my family business elsewhere!!!!

Had to wait way past my appointment time. Too many appointments back to back. The doctor is not very friendly and the staff dresses very sloppy. The contact lens area is not very clean and the employee helping with the insertion and removal of contacts did not wash her hands. The testing equipment is not always wiped off between patients. Will not be going back. Definitely not a very clean office. Not the least bit professional.

I went to Eye-to-Eye Vision Center and I can say that Dr. Jeruss is more knowledgeable and offers more and better explanation for what he does than any other eye doctor that I've used previously. I have poor vision and a condition that needed a surgery when I was younger. He explained that the surgery caused a certain kind of eye strain and then changed my prescription to refract the light coming in to my eyes differently - which made me see easier and I've had less eye fatigue. It's something for which I'm pretty grateful. I think that he's really dedicated and places a lot of emphasis on having the proper equipment and the right tools on hand to detect problems before they might grow serious. The price isn't high for those who pay out of pocket like I do. But the quality of the service and the dedication and insights of the Doctor and staff are exceptional! I do highly recommend Eye-to-Eye Vision!

I visited this location last week and had a neutral experience. The staff was very polite and friendly, but I felt very uncomfortable with Dr. Jeruss. He was selling a new contact pretty seriously (so much you would question that he was getting compensation from doing so). Even when I told him what I was looking for, it didn't seem like he listened. Also, beware that they will charge both your eye insurance and health insurance. You could walk out of there after paying two copays. I can't say positively that I will visit them again.

In all they billed both my medical and vision insurance and charged me a fitting to get my contact lens. Took me 4 appts to get the correct contact lens. (i have been wearing lenses for 12 years,, no newbie here) While the doctor and the assistant were polite and nice, they had billed my med insurance saying i had gone to check my eye swelling (which i didn't have).. left a bad taste.

Dr. Jeruss and His staff are great. His contact lens girl was very friendly and helped answer all my questions. I have never been treated so well. His front desk girl on the other hand, was not as friendly, but the rest of the staff made up for her!

Dr. Jeff actually cares about your eyes! He listens to your worries and does tests to figure out the problems, if you say that the lenses he prescribed were too strong, he won;t brush you off- he'll check to make sure they're right. Staff is very friendly. I drive out of my way to visit him.

I was told this is THE doctor to go to for contact lenses, and they were right! Dr. Jeruss knows what he is doing. I have never been able to wear contacts, but Dr. Jeruss told me he thought he could fit me, and he did it! I was expecting it to cost more money, but they were about the same as the mall doctors I was going to before. The staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend!
