V T.Atlanta, GA 6/9/2011 I have never written an online review. However, I feel compelled to warn everyone about my HORRIBLE experience with this business. (In all fairness, I purchased glasses from them once before and had a wonderful, drama-free experience.)I purchased glasses from them in February and still don't have a functional pair in June. When I expressed my frustration, Ebony told me that she understood but they had been working with one woman since January. January and it is now JuneReally! I guess that I was lucky. They seem to be nice people but I am not sure that they are competent. For the prices that they charge, I did not expect to go through 6 different iterations without them getting it right. To make matters worse, they will not refund my money so that I can purchase a functional pair of glasses elsewhere. I do not recommend them if you don't have an optometry backgound. In my opinion, you will need it to ensure that you select glasses that they can adjust to fit. I don't think that they are adept at dealing with fitting for progressive lens. I can't do anything about the over $600 that I have lost as a result of this situation. However, I can help others make an informed decision about whether they want to risk being in my shoes....

Let me save you some time.skip this place! The staff was snobby as well as they offered no help when my boyfriend & I TRIED to purchase glasses there. I was put off by their lack of personality and selection....

Dr. Gupta is a great lady. She explains everything properly and her staff is extremely amiable. Their selection is not exactly ample but my insurance covered $120 and they had a few good frames under $120. But even with that and my copay, my bill came to $110 which I do not really understand as they charged me extra - apparently on top of the scratch proofing and anti-glare, my lenses needed something else. Whatever I really did not want to pay more than $40 on top of the $120 for my insurance....

I love Eyedeology. The eye doctor is nice, smart, and knowledgeable. The frame selection is amazing. The office is chic and up-to-date. They accept my vision insurance, which is a plus.

My girlfriend heard about them from her DailyCandy emails and sent me in to look at frames. I picked out a really cool pair of Tom Fords and have gotten so many compliments since! I highly recommend them.
