FOX Sports Grill

Once you get past the parking at Atlantic Station, you would expect to have a good time. But NOOO! Went their for NFL Sunday and service was poor. They expect you to cough-up $10 per person per table per hour. And, to top it off, the Falcons game came on at 4pm and they didn't turn it on until patrons started complaining which took 20 minutes and we had already missed the Falcons scoring on their first run!!! We agreed NEVER to go back there!

This is one of the WORST establishments we have ever gone into. The waiter we had was great and on point. BUT when we went to pay our bill with their certificate, they said no. The certificate was a $25 Half Off Depot certificate with NO restrictions to alcohol, the "manager" there said that we could not use it for alcohol at all. He said that the previous managers were wheeling and dealing with Half Off Depot and other things and would not honor it, even though it mentioned nothing of the sort. In this day and age and yesterdays this is called, "bait and switch", plain and simple. I ended up walking out the door, paying the full price. What kind of business is this that will not honor its own certificates? A BAD ONE. They lost future business from us over 3 drinks. Our bill was only $32. It is also stupid management. We will not be back again.

I attended a Mommy & me lunch time special that was offered and had a great time. The setup worked well for adults to socialize and the children to play. There was face painting, cotton candy and things for the children. The manager was friendly and the hostess too, but the servers were not very friendly. I think the management could stand to enforce customer service a little more, but the setup was nice, the food was about what is expected at a sports bar and the activity was fun.

We went here for my best friends 25th bday. We waited an hour to be seat which we did not mind because we had a party of 20. Our server was unreal. He yelled at us most of the time. Anything you asked for he acted as if you were supposed to get it yourself. We did not get any refills. Half of our table got thier meals the other half waited another 25 mintues for thiers. Mine was ice cold. Oh then the check came. Initally hostess told us we would all be on one check but just inform the server what you had and you be cashed out separately. Well Travis our server was not having that. He gave us pens and my best friend sister had to add subract and multiply to make sure everyone paid thier bill correctly. Three managers came out NONE of them offered even a im sorry. We were there 4 hrs. The police were called because we want to PAY our bill. I thought i was getting punkd. Never againi rather eat fast food...

I went here for my 25th bday and had the worst experience ever. The waiter Travis was from New Orleans and was very rude and treated us as if we were his enemies. I never received a refill on water, after asking for hrs AND I never even received my complete meal. One guest asked for a straw and Travis responded, whats the big deal, you already started drinking out the cup. The manager laughed when we complained and he appeared to be high or drunk. Another group came out after us just as upset and said they have a rat problem. They will force you to add up your total if you ask for separate checks. Don't disappoint yourself! They are by far THE WORST!
