I was referred by my neighbor when I needed my roof replaced. They said Full House did a good job for them. Well I tried them, Thank heavens for consistency. They did a good job for me too! And my neighbor got a referral fee! I will definitely refer this company to my neighbor!

A couple of weeks ago, we place a request on roofingnetworks.com (don't believe that site's rating, my review never got published there) to check our roof after noticing blown off shingles. Over the phone, without even ever inspecting our roof, John from Full House Roofing (FHR) determines that we need to change the boots and wants us to accept a quote for that extra service. We refuse such unfounded quote but accept FHR’s offer to send a crew to have a look at the roof since rain was forecasted the next day. We'd expect the crew around 5:00pm. 6:30pm, nobody showed up yet and it's getting dark. We call FHR to cancel. Later that evening, I hear foot steps and hammering on the roof ! The crew showed up anyway (never got the message ?) and started to work without even contacting us in the house !! While the crew is on the roof working in the dark and answering various phone calls, discussions with John reveals that FHR imposes a minimum charge to even show up -hence the extra recommended 'preventive maintenance'. Not knowing what exactly is happening on my roof (all I know at that point is that the crew asked me to provide them with shingles) I end up approving the ‘over the phone’ quote so the crew would finish the work started that evening. May my lesson learned the hard way help others not falling in the same trap.

Full House does not charge to show up, we do have a minimum repair charge which we tried to explain to the homeowner. The preventative maintenance was offered to the homeowner based on the information they provided on the age of their home. There was somewhat of a language barrier and evidently this homeowner did not understand the difference and felt that Full House was insisting on the preventative measure. We were not. Further, the contract was sent to the homeowner in writing. They agreed, in writing, to the preventative maintenance as well as to the replacement of shingles. The crew's late arrival was due to the fact that we received the request from the homeowner late in the day and had to wait for a crew to finish their current project before they could go to examine the homeowner's situation. We explained to the homeowner and gave our best estimate as to when they might be there. We cannot control traffic. By the time the homeowner called us, concerned about the lateness of the hour, the crew was almost there and we told the homeowner this. They agreed to let them come on. Up until this time, we were under the impression that the preventative maintenance was to be performred as well and therefore instructed the crew to get started right away. The crew performed those functions first that most protected the homeowner as rain was forcasted. We requested payment for the services rendered per the signed contract only after all services had been completed following the rain. We regret this homeowner felt pressured; that was never our intent. We will do all in our power to prevent this type of misunderstanding in the future.
John came and priced some repair work I needed, the cost was competitive against others. More importantly – he did not rush to quote a repair job. He looked at all the areas I asked about and discussed several options and issues. His input was the best received of the companies I met with. They finished quickly and left no sign of their presence other than the fixed roof. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in a few years when I need a new roof.
My house has never looked so good. This company worked so hard. A crew from heaven! They kept things clean. They where courteous and considerate I expected changing out my roof to be a night mare. The support staff both on the job and in the office where very helpful. Iwas given the addresses of houses to go look at. My husband and I where impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend this company,

From the initial visit all the way through the clean up, Full house Roofing is rated excellent. Karen created the estimate and john gave a detailed proposal that explained every task involved in fixing my roof and spent the extra time to ensure I understood what they proposed. The installation team worked fast. They did not rush, but they did the job right. I highly recommend this company.
They came out to my house on sunday, because i could not meet durung the week. The crew worked and cleaned up quickly. The superviser spoke clear english. And the salesman explained exactly where my leak was coming from and how they planned to fix it, in terms i could understand. A great company i will recomend them to freinds and family.
This company is awful -- where to begin? First, they assured us that they would do their best to leave no nails behind -- nope, I had not one but two flat tires after these people did their "work" -- from roofing nails. Second, they said they would leave excess shingles -- nope, they took them. Lastly, we noticed a leak this summer, and I called them and left a message asking them to come give me a quote -- did they return my csll? NOPE. The roofer who repaired the leak said that the copper flashing (for which we paid extra) was improperly installed around the chimney -- improperly nailed into the roof with no lip on the flashing which allowed water behind the shingles -- and worse -- there was an area with NO flashing. So I incurred a $1000 repair because of their substandard work. Now I have to deal with the mold in the bedroom that resulted from the leak. Regardless of the fact that the roof is a little over 3 years old -- I am contemplating a lawsuit for the latent defect. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The end product was good but the process was more of a hassle which is fairly typical of contractors. The owners were friendly and knowledgable but I think I just got a bad crew on this job. Had it not been an uphill battle during the project I might have recommended them but I can't really justify doing so with my experience.

This company did a good job on re-roofing my house. Salesperson was knowledgeable and presented their products, giving me time to decide, offering past work to see the roofs they have done. Workers were on time, knew how to put a roof on a house, and their inspector, after the job was finished, saw that the job was done right.

Fully explained what they intended to do to my roof. Then gave me an estimate with options that I could understand! They crew was quick with the cleanup and the roofing. And they evidently did it right as I have had no leaks.
