From start to finish this has been a very pleasant experience. Superior workmanship, polite and dependable staff. They did what they said they would do and completed the job in a timely manner. Michael helped us talk through what we wanted and we are so pleased with our beautiful porch! We would highly recommend FDR !

From start to finish, I was incredibly pleased with the services of FDR-Atlanta. The initial consultation with Michael allowed us to talk through what I was looking for and he gave me some great ideas that I hadn't thought of. Once we decided on the project, the guys were wonderful, professional and did a great job! The best part, other than how good my new flagstone knee/retaining wall around my patio looked, was how they cleaned up the job when they were finished. You don't always get lucky with that, but these guys were very clean and made sure there was nothing that made it look like they had been there. I HIGHLY recommend FDR-Atlanta, this was a great experience and I didn't feel overcharged either.

I've been calling FDR for 3 months trying to get them to honor their "No nonsense glass replacement warranty" which states, "An unconditional warranty on glass breakage." If you're in the market for replacement windows, and the warranty is important to you, run, don't walk, away from this contractor and find a more reputable one. I wish I had...

We just had our deck of 15 years covered. Just in time for all this rain. Did have to do little deck repair, but they were also able to fix this and it looks totally better. We love it! They did a Santa something. It has rafters or beams coming out. Not really sure what they called them, but it I really like the style. Our neighbor is now think about doing the same thing. I wonder if they pay for referrals. I will definitely find out.

Our under-deck system has LEAKED since FDR installed it a year ago. All the warranties in the world are of no use if nobody stands behind them. They make appointments, I stay home waiting for them, and they never show up. They installed some tacky looking stuff above the deck, charged extra to do it, and it did not stop the leaks. It is leaking by the house, through the seams at at the gutters. We will next pursue our warranty through Home Depot. Be VERY careful if you decide to do business with this company.

Things did start out slow and there were several issues. However, they were mostly in regard to our HOA, poor weather and a permit issue. The customer service was excellent and they got everything fixed ASAP considering the circumstances beyond their control.
Our commitment to Factory Direct Remodeling has been both rewarding and a pleasure. First, we installed a beautiful sun room after speaking with a Home Depot associate who set everything up with Factory Direct Remodeling and Metals USA and got the project rolling. We just had them back out to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. Again, the job was excellent and completed on-time. They are now working on our basement. So far no problems...
Before I get started, let me just say I was very impatient for my new sunroom to get installed. It did take an extra week, but as my husband would say, "I am hard to please." The end result was great as I am sure my cats would tell you if they could talk.

With our new screen room, I can now sit and enjoy heavy rainstorms and avoid mosquito bites as soon as summer hits. This is our first screen room, and everything went perfect. We also had a few windows installed with the Low e something? My wife finds them easier to clean and they are suppose to be super energy efficient.
Originally, we were interested in just a screenroom, but the salesman told me about their sunrooms which can switch between sun and screen room by sliding and unlocking the windows. First, I was a little hesitant because it seemed that would be easy for someone to break in, but it is pretty secure and the new room is just perfect.
While we are very happy with our new sun room which by the way makes a great family / entertainment room, it did take a somewhat longer for them to install. They said it was a permit issue with the existing patio - not really sure.
I know have an awesome man cave where the wasted space of an unused basement once existed. What better way to utilize such a space. I added surround sound and giant plasma TV and even got my pool table out of storage. The entire area looks great. Was a little concerned about water issues, but haven't had any problems so far.
