Factory Direct Spa Covers

They tricked me; don't let them trick you too. I wish I had read more reviews online before I purchased. After les than two years, the cover was absorbing major water, was cracking, seams were ripping and vynle was cracking and deteriorating. After waiting a week to hear back from warrantee department, explained what was happening and told to ship it back in (at my own 30.00 expense) Shipped in and 1 month later, still no response, multiple calls later, finally get a call back saying that the cover has had extensive damage on the inside from floating chemicals (never used floating or extensively harsh chemicals) and extensive exterior damage from possibly “Armor All” (never would I nor did I use “Armor All” or any other chemical to protect the vynle spa cover, I used standard soap and water as I was told to when I purchase the cover). I had no reason to lie and would have never paid the 30.00 to ship the cover back if I thought anything I had done could have caused the damage. The company person “ Roy” that I spoke with found some B/S excuse not to cover their so called 5-10 year warranty. Don’t be fooled as I and many other have by this company. They sell a very poor quality product and are not professional at all.

My experience with these guys has been terrible. I purchase the spa cover about 18 months ago. It was the heavy duty kind with 10 year warranty. about 18 months into the warranty the cover started taking water in and became very heavy.

After 6 weeks of back and forth e-mails their offer was to ship me a new cover for almost what I paid for the original one.

I will never buy from this outfit again. If you are buying for the warranty, do some research on these guys. Check the BBB.org and the review boards before you make your decision.
