WARNING: Fairway Chevrolet loves to charge a $600 concierge fee, and they will probably not ask you point-blank whether you want to pay it, and they will probably not provide a list of what the fee entails. I understand that I should have been more careful before signing, but here is how they snuck it on me: After first trying to charge $2000 above the sticker price, the salesman finally "leveled" with me and went down to the correct price. At one point, he wrote down a total amount, which included financing. He kept bringing up this "concierge service" but did NOT give me a list of what it would involve. I asked about it several times, and he just answered "It's included. I'm including it for you." Of course, by the time I signed the contract, it was late at night and the finance guy rushed me through it. The next morning, I looked through everything, and, lo and behold, I was charged a BS concierge fee of $600. I had bought my last three vehicles through CarMax, so I was not used to such dishonesty. I called Fairway and learned that the salesman had pulled a slick one and meant that the fee would be included in the TOTAL that he had written down. I spoke to a Manager named Brett and asked if we could redo the contract without the fee, especially since I was never provided a list or explanation of it. He said no, reminded me that I signed my name to it, and declared that they need to charge this fee in order to make money off of their sales.

At 4AM I sat. with a cup of coffee watching channel 3 Las Vagas. We had been talking about a car for my wife of 45yrs. She had been driving a small pick up truck and was having more trouble getting in/out and wanted a car. Our credit had taken a beating over the last number of years, and I was thinking used car for her. FAIRWAY CHEV ad comes on T.V.. Very hopeful after there ad I went on line to the FAIRWAY site. I found a large inventory of new cars and prices that would work for us. I left my info. By 10 A.M. that morning I received a call from Mark Olson the internet mang. I gave him my detailed info and within less than an hour we were approved. On Monday we were at there Las Vagas dealership, picked out a color did a test dive and with in less than two hours, signed on the dotted line and drove off the lot with a new 2012 silver CHEV CAMARO. Oh yes and they were BUSY... My wife is very happy and you know that a GOOOOD THING for me. The CAMARO is AMAZING. THANKS

I only found out yesterday that allen folks and david knew about the lying cheating and theft that was going on at Gregs dealersips I knew and I try to to david and allen but they were in on it.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to the Joe, Dawn and the staff at fairway Chevrolet they made the experience of buying a car with poor credit EASY. After laughing at my trade-in (a beat up car with no air, door handle, and more) they took it, and showed me a few car that stayed with my price range, I drove away with a 2009 cobalt, perfect size for me love it. The staff everyone spoke to me offered me water and soda at least five times. Everyone had a smile, and friendly words. You guys are AWESOME, will always buy my vehicles from fairway Chevrolet. short and too the point im a commercial fleet customer i own 9 newer chevy trucks and every time i need repairs i am always dealing with rude unprofessional people one of my trucks has been in there five times for the same problem last time it was in my tech asked them for an estimate on the brakes we declined the $1100 est and then i was told i have to pay a 162.50 fee for the est well it looks like its about time to change brands of work trucks stay away from this dealer they are ripoffs
