Ryan is ultra knowledgeable and professional. Took measurements, met us personally at the showroom, gave us options, etc. Price was very competitive. Ryan's crew came inbroke all the tile outlaid beautiful carpet on the bottom floor, stairs, and upstairs rooms. Great job and ultra quick. Also got rid of that NASTY tile for us.

We liked their work so much that we went with them with window treatments. Again, Ryan came out, gave us a quote that was a bit higher than the other quote we got, but the quality of the material we were getting was going to be far more superior than the other business' (they have bright orange and white signs). Ryan again took his time helping us select colors and blinds. We went with the black-out drapes upstairs, faux wood in the living room, and verticells over our two sliding glass doors.

The material came in quicker than quoted, Rick the installer showed up on time and installed everything in just a couple hours. Rick didn't even make much of a mess!!

This company is by far the best around. They sell the highest quality products for the most economical price. And we all are looking for just that. Not only are the products excellent but the service is outstanding. I will never use any other flooring or window coverings company besides Famliy Carpet and Draperies.

I read good reviews from google and kudzu so I picked this one. The sales rep has Really bad attitude salesperson. Kept on changing price even I have given the exact measurement and the type of materials. Seriously, look for another job.. No call back after left messages, a week later, I heard from and the job was done by another person.

I really dont recommend this.. Kept on jacking the price up and bad attitude and not polite.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, reasonably priced, dependable flooring company, this is the company to use! Paul and his family are great to work with and he is a man of his word. I would definitely use them again.
