My children liked it because they had a playground in the back. Staff was nice and professional. The thing I did not like is that we had to wait an hour before we were seen. Also, they have morning meetings that last until 9 and didn't answer the phone until afterwards.

My experience with this office was extremely pleasant. Starting with the people answering the telephone. They were so nice and professional it was unbelievable. They had great customer service and made may family feel so welcomed. When we arrived, the atmosphere was pleasant and professional this office really cares for their patients. I give them Five Stars across the board for great customer service.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Lott for about 4 years and I recently was there last week and the staff is so much better especially the ladies in the front Ms. Kisha was very informative and helpful. So now I can say love my kids dentist office as a whole. They calm the parents and the kids with a warm smile. And you don't see to much of that these days. Most people are being fake but they really do mean it. And I love it!

Family and Children's Denistry is easy to make an appointment with. They seem to have a very flexible schedule. Getting my records faxed and received was a bit problematic between the pediatric and the adult sides, but after 3 wks of trying everything was cleared up. I had arrived 45minutes early for my appointment and called prior to see if I could be worked in earlier. I was assured there was no problem in doing so. All my paperwork was filled out prior to my appointment weeks before, but I still managed to wait for 35mins before I walked out. My initial impression as I walked into the business is that their staff are very professionally dressed and courteous. However once you walk through the door especially on the pediatric side all you can see is nasty carpet and baseboards. The pediatric waiting room theme is nicely aquatic, but there are few books or interactive areas for the kids to play. They do have some type of game system for your kid if your into that type of thing. There were also 12 kids waiting with parents so it was a bit crowded..never a good sign. In the end what made me leave was the combination of the carpet/baseboards with the type of clients that were in the waiting room. In two separate situations I watched mothers speak nastily to their children using profanity. To this business credit the receptionist did ask me to come back in and talk to the office manager. I invited them to call later, but was not about to take my toddler back inside.

This place is wonderful for your whole family. They have great customer service and quality work. No pain at all. The service was great and they accepted my insurance because it's a PPO plan.

I was so amazed when I called this office to ask about ZOOM. They told me they are having a sale for ZOOM whitening going on until the end of April. It is usually $500 and now it is $195 Monday- Friday only. It take about 2 hours and you walk out the office with a brighter smile that day!!!03/04/2011

I took my 3yr old there for a dental exam. The staff did absolutely nothing to make my child feel comfortable. After the exam, the rude dentist loudly proclaimed 'this is why I prefer 2 yr olds'. I wouldn't recommend this dental office.

I had my first visit on Friday at Family and Children's Dentistry, from the time I walked in the door the staff was very Kind and Caring, and that made me feel right at home. The Doctor took the time to explain all the different things that I needed to know reference to my dental health. I think this office operated in a very professional Manner when it comes to its patients.

The first visit, I had to wait 20 minutes before I was called into an examination room. Thinking, this was because it was my first appointment at this establishment, but its their standard. Second, before scheduling my appointment I called the office and asked if they were a PREFERRED PROVIDER for United Concordia, the receptionist assured me they were. They are not, so approximately 2 wks after my second appointment (which was a week after the initial appointment). I receive an astronomical bill--even after spending $170 at the Dental office. The second visit was even more frustrating and less professional than the first. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early and checked in. The receptionist then told me I would have to wait 30 MINUTES for the staff to finish their meeting. WHY would you schedule an appointment at the same time as a scheduled staff meeting? I waited for 40 minutes for them to finish the staff meeting. I'm then called to the examination room for my fillings. (I had to wait another 10 minutes before anyone was ready to see me). Then, when they finally started to operate on my teeth. The dentist and hygienist continually gossiped about the rest of the staff, celebrities, and family as they are operating in my mouth. The dentist performed procedure incorrectly. NEVER AGAIN

This office has excellent dentists. The staff is always concerned about the patient's comfort. They are friendly and professional in every way. If you need braces see Dr. Beal. She is exceptional for braces on adults and children.

My son Na'im has been going here since he has had teeth. He always gets VIP treatment, they know his name, and are really good at getting him to engage with them. The staff is also really good at telling parents what is going on and how they can be most helpful. The waiting room is so kid centered sometimes he doesn't want to leave. His dentist, Dr. Lott, thoroughly explains how his teeth are developing and how to care for them properly, using images and clear language. We love it.
