Fantastic Sams

I would never recommend this place to anyone!1. they do not properly sanitize the tools they use2. I walked in for simple hair cut and got talked into a butcher job3. i refused to pay and they said they would call police on me, so i had to pay for horrible butcher job of my once nice hair4. they explained they would fix it for free, yea how can you replace hair that was cut off.5. the staff I dealt with was, un professional, not curteous and always leaving me and answering phones or talking with other people leaving me sit in the butcher chair.forget this place go to Great clips. thats where i go next time. and no, i dont work for great clips.just sharing what is not so fantastic about fantastic sams...

The problem with most of theselaces is a one size fits all. Not so here. Over the last 2 years I have gotten excellent haircuts and service from this place from more than one member of their team. Best experience I've had. I only go there now. Ellen is great.

I recently had a baby so funds are slim and I had to break up with my high priced salon. I began coloring my hair at home, but cutting my own hair? No way. I wandered into Fantastic Sams and truly lucked up that day because Ellen was my stylist!! Ellen gives me a better haircut than my ($50.00) Snooty Tooty salon haircut - No Kidding. I will continue to go back to Ellen and bring all my friends too. Did I mention that she is a blast? Super friendly, knowledgable and not pushy at all? Love her!
