BEWARE!!! They have an "F" Rating with the Better Business Bureau and from the Googled phone number 770-986-7799, this company has many, many AKA's. This is the height of "bait and switch" tactics. The attendant quotes $19 as a service call and $35 to gain access. Okay, fair enough. The "service" guy arrives and says the price would be $144 to "by-pass the lock". What happened to $19 and $35?! Being stuck, I reluctantly agreed. He proceeds to take two large angled chisels, places them between the aluminum door frame and the aluminum door and starts to pry the two apart with force. Whoa! Can you assure me that you will not permanently damage the door and/or frame? To which he curiously offers the Websters Dictionary definition of "by-pass". And again he told me of his qualifications to do this job. I asked again, about permanent damage the door and/or frame. It was a simple question and answer - "yes" or "no". Instead another rendition of his qualifications. I stopped him from any further efforts to which he was quick to reply that he was due for his trip. Okay, I had been nailed for $19 but that was far less than a new door and frame. Then he added a $35 cancellation fee! The guy had been there 15 minutes, half of which were spent on his qualifications rant and had done absolutely nothing! Total Ripoff! In retrospect, I should have Googled 770-986-7799, read the other reviews and internet information - lesson learned, do your research!

Moved into a new house, got all the locks changed. Wish I had checked here first! Everything seemed ok, but two days later the doorknob fell off in my hand. When I called to get them to fix this, I was told I would be called by the tech (3:30pm). At 5:50, after hearing nothing, I called and was told he would be right there after finishing three jobs. At 8:30, I called and they said "oh we have now scheduled you at 11am". Of course, I am at work then. When I complained I was hung up on. After calling back, I was bounced around and waited 10m on hold while they tried to get a manager who turned out to be unavailable. I have decided to go with another company and will get them to come change everything out all over again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I can top the other two, unfortunately. Our $150 service call to change our locks turned into $700. They never told my wife what they were doing and how much anything would cost. On top of this they intimidate her to the point of tears. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've called Clark Howard to let him know as there seems to be a theme here.

I was told over the telephone that it would be $19 service call and a $35 charge to unlock my door. Then once in the door I was charged $283! This is a scam shop with a call center. If you google, locksmith scams, it will give you this same example.

I was quoted a price of $55 to come out and unlock my house. The true cost ended up being $125 and it took them about two seconds to get it unlocked. They claim the $55 rate was a starting fee. I can't imagine a lock easier to pick than the one we have. They totally take advantage of the fact that you are in a precarious position. I spoke with a manager and he was as uncooperative and rude as everyone else was.

Dave (a "manager") quoted me a price over the phone to replace my honda key and provide a backup and when the tech got here (NOT in marked van with i.d. as website states) he began ranting and raising his voice about how hes not gonna honor that price and how the managers dont tell him what to do!..b/c of course hes a subcontracter. Hes instead offers to rebuild, or "re-shell" the existing key which he promises will be like new..I shouldnt have done it b/c he failed to replace a single screw and the the whole thing pops open and the security chip falls out!!..now it wont start thw car! The tech stopped answering my calls and the office is blowin me off constantly so now i am going to the honda dealer to pay a real pro to do the job again..should have tp start with...STAY AWAY FROM FAST SERVICE LOCKSMITHS!!!!

Locksmith was rude & disrespectful. Charged $25 for an "adjustment" which was drilling a wider hole in the jam for less than one minute to make deadbolt fit. Didn't bother to adjust door instead. total cost 185 for a double deadbolt; quoted $19 plus $35 on phone. Terrible service. Good reviews MUST be planted.

I was told $19 to come out & unlock my car. When I asked how much the total would be, the cust.service rep told me $75. I ended up having to pay $145, and could barely understand the man who unlocked it. I said "I'm not paying for this bait & switch, the lady told me specifically $75 total." he said "no, $145". So I decided to call back and act like a new customer, the girl told me the exact same thing & when I explained my situation, she was rude and told me she is hanging up on me because she 'doesn't deal with money'. Well if I don't deal with money, I don't give people quotes, am I wrong? & when I asked to speak with the manager, they left at 3 apparently. So then I called cust.service and they told me they cannot give me the address of the company and that the supervisor left at 5. This is way too shady for me and I've had enough, we are all in this terrible economic stew together but c'mon now! This is ridiculous and I'm going to do my best to get my money back for this. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY! THEY'RE CROOKS!!!!

Hi all, I want to share my delighted experience with this locksmith. It is a life saver. I was in a middile of road when I realizd that my car keys are not with me. I just had to call them and a guy named 'Danny' ucame over quickly. He did the job well in no time. I had such a nice experience that I would recommend this locksmith to others. Sonika Smith...

I called them today at 3:45 and they quoted me $19 to come out but "didn't know how much opening my door would cost." They arrived an hour late and quoted me $195 plus the $19 service charge! I told him to leave my house. Then he tried to negotiate...unbelievable! I told him to leave my house. And I had to pay the $19 service charge!! Then I called Roger's Locksmith in Newnan...quoted me a flat $75 fee, was at my house in 10 minutes and had my door open in 3 minutes. Now that's good service...he wouldn't even accept a tip! BEWARE OF FAST SERVICE LOCKSMITH!!!

They overpriced their services, and they take advantage of you knowing that you need to unlock your car so you can get going. At the end they charge whatever they want. STAY AWAY OF THEM Otherwise you will regret it!!!!!!

Fast service Locksmith is a ripoff and is a unreliable and dependable company. The techician rip open the plasic cover to repair my ignition key and lock and would not return my call to fix what he had torn up and he also put the wrong igition cylinder in my car.No manager will respond and the dispatchers will evade and play games when you call on the phone. This company is a ripoff and will overcharge you for work that finished in 30 mins..The technician will ask for cash and lie he is giving you a discount ..I will not recommend no one to use this company. They have several phone numbers to confuse consumers to prevent you for realizing they are the same company..

These guys were supposed to come out to my business so I waited from 9 to 12 yesterday. They didn't show. Called again, & they said someone would be out shortly...never showed. Unless you have nothing better to do, don't use fast service locksmith.

This company is in business to rip you off. I called them (first company showing up online) to unlock my car. I was quoted one price on the phone ($19 to come to my car + $35 to unlock it) and once the car was unlocked (which took less than 60 seconds) the guy told me it would cost me $135! I have locked the keys in my car before and it NEVER cost me more than $50. I got in an argument with him and he said he would drop it to $85. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and will do the same with the Georgia Business Bureau. On a side note, I asked the guy "if my cheap little car that you unlocked in 30 seconds cost $135 to unlock, then what kind of car costs you $35 to unlock?". His answer: "I wouldn't know because in all these years I have never seen one at that rate". "So, you're quoting people a price over the phone for a car that you have never seen?" Answer: silence... No more comments. Stay away from them!
