Both my Toyota and Honda have been serviced by these guys over the years. Their prices are reasonable, customer service is great, and the quality of their work excellent. As a matter of fact, I once... took my truck to a different location to be serviced. Apparently they broke some type of sensor when they replaced my tires. I called Jon for his advise, and even though we both knew I didn't take my truck to him first, he was able to pinpoint the most likely cause of the problem over the phone. Jon went as far as stating he would speak with the other shop. Fortunately the shop corrected the problem after several escalations, but I thought it was worth sharing one of the great experiences I've encountered as a customer.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Forget ever going to the dealership again. The guys here do amazing work. Had a huge crack in my sub frame and a hole in a weld in my cats and they fixed both in a day. Very personable and honest... people at this place. I highly recommend taking your car to get fixed here. Mechanics are very experienced and show you exactly what's wrong.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I was given a quote by a different shop for $1300 to fix a problem with my wife's car, where as Fastlane Auto Import was able to resolve it for 60% less. As Jon explained, "the other shop would have fixed the problem given all the items listed in their quote, but it was an overkill. For us, it was basically a process of elimination and that is how we were able to narrow down what really needed to be addressed." I grew up in a small town of honest, hard working people...and Jon reminded me of the days when service was provided with integrity.

YES!! I found my repair place! As a woman I have to have two things I can trust! A trusted hair stylist and a trusted mechanic! I now have both! I was in tears last week thinking I was going to have to give the Nissan dealership $800! By chance I found Fast Lane on Google and for the same repair I only paid $332! All the reviews about this place are right! They are honest and fair! I will be back for my tune up! So glad! So Glad!

Jon and Damon are great as they provide excellent service and top quality workmanship. They go out of the way to ensure customer satisfaction and will even give you a ride home if you live close and dont want to wait on your car being repaired.

John, Damon and the team at Fastlane Import Auto Repair are always great. They came highly recommended and continue to impress me. Damon is a pleasure to work with when you have an auto repair need. While I was sitting in the lobby waiting several customers came in to rave about them. They are honest, fair and do not try to repair (or charge) you for things that don't need to be done. 2 thumbs up!! Love these guys and can't recommend them enough. Lisa, G37 2009

These are the guys I wish I'd known all along. It's been a few years now and I can't tell you how open, honest and trustworthy John and his team are in everything they do. From routine maintenance, major repair to custom mods - they are up front and cut through the BS!I will not take my family cars anywhere else. Their expertise is second to none - period.

I have been taking my car to FastLane for four years. Time after time, the guys there have shown how knowledgeable they are and how committed they are to providing superb customer service. Just recently, they saved me $500 by proving the service another big name repair chain told me I needed was not accurate. Even with over 215k miles, I didn't need a starter. I just needed my battery installed properly. A big thank you to the guys at FastLane.

i took my 08 G37 s to the fast lane team based on the recommendations i received from friends. As a small business owner i have experience with customer service, and know how important it is. These guys are not only honest, but they are affordable as well!! My car has never performed better. I will never take my vehicles any where else as long as Fast lane is open!! they now do all of my customers cars, and my family's vehicles as well. This place dominates the competition.!!!!

I drive a 2012 Infiniti G37. My third Infiniti. I am very particular about who I have work on my cars. I live on the southside of town and have used local Mechanics or the dealer in the past. I wanted some Eibach springs and spacers installed so I looked around for someone I could trust. After Research the same name came up time after time, FASTLANE! I am picky about customer service since I am in that business I met with John and Damon and have to say they were incredible. These guys know what they are doing and John knows his Cars...and Boats! They did a top notch job and the car is perfect. I will be taking my daughters Mazda and my son's Acura for work there soon. Thanks guys for a disarmingly fantastic experience! For people further away like me I highly recommend making the drive. They even set me up with a Huge discount on a rental car for the day!

After attempting to change out my own power steering pressure hose on my 2000 Nissan Maxima, I ran into a lot of issue with messing up some of the other piping. After having it towed to the guys at Fastlane, they had me back and on the road ASAP. They did great work, very knowledgable and will walk you through whatever is going on with your car. I will definitely be going back for any repair work in the future. Thanks Damon, John, and Job.

I was a little frantic earlier this week that a "simple" repair was going to cost almost $800 at my dealer. I researched & found that the same repair would be just over $200 here at Fastlane. I have definitely found *my new* auto repair shop. THANK YOU!

My car had a grinding noise under the hood. I came with an idea of what it might be (heat shield), and they confirmed the problem quickly and fixed the issue, even lifting the car up and showing me exactly what was wrong. All personnel were friendly and honest, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts or services. I am grateful for their honesty and professionalism. This was my first visit, but I will bring my car here again for future services.

John Lamont and the technicians at Fastlane have serviced our cars for some time now. We switched to this shop after we had some rather expensive work done on our car by someone else, and we still were having problems. Fastlane corrected the problem right away, and we've been going back ever since.
