Fat Matt's Chicken Shack

They have really good fried food. Sometimes I feel like the fried catfish is a little pricey, especially for lunch but I still like the place.

Every time I eat at Fat Matt's, my day is done there. I have to draw this voluptuous body of mine to bed, because it's just so much!
I do my best to go on dinner time when they have live blues.I usually accompany my meal with potato saladand I never say no to the enormous loaf of white bread. I do break some rules when I'm here: I get bread, sweet tea, eat with my hands, clean the plate with the bread and dissect a big piece of pecan pie in what is a long lasting sweet tooth experience of the year.

Forgive me God, for I have sinnedeating Southern BBQ at Fat Matt's....

Fat Matt's Rib Shack is ok by me. Food was reasonably priced, quick service, I would definitely go back.

Fat Matt's Chicken Shack is a best kept secret, if ya ask me. Good BBQ and chicken in a prime location.

Great lunch stop. The food is really good, the service is quick, but I do always feel like I've spent just a little too much.
