My old dog had to be euthanized last Thanksgiving. I paid to have her cremated. Instead of returning the ashes to me as I requested, they had the ashes thrown away. This made a sad situation only worse.

We had an emergency for our dog and we got to go right in and they took care of it immediately. Glad to know they are there when you really need them and even when you are not in a hurry.

no frills, just quality pet care at reasonable prices. No need to make an appointment, and I usually do not have to wait very long. The two vets are very knowledgeable.

Dr. Temples retired in 2008 and sold his Fayetteville Animal Hospital Practice to a Dr. Ray. When we went to them, we felt that they were more interested in payment than the care of our pets. A contract was placed before me with an estimate of services. I was terribly upset when I left their office today. And I told them I felt that there was not the friendliness, compassion, bedside manner that Dr. Temples always had shown his patients. I told them that I had always been billed for my services with Dr. Temples. They calmly told me This was not Dr. Temples office anymore! So, I made up my mind to never set foot in this business again. This doctor is not there to help your pets and is strictly in it for the money. I highly recommend that no one use this Animal Hospital anymore. I once would have but things have changed there and the changes are not for the better or for the best interests of anyone's pet. This comes from my own personal experience with Dr. Ray and her staff.
