Had dinner there and loved it. The grilled duck breast was a tad undercooked, but still flavorful. The dessert was excellent. The wine is reasonably priced. I've been there twice now and would say it is not an outstanding restaurant and definitely not a destination in itself, but a good family night out. NB: Parking is predatory in that area of Decatur

Three of us tried to go to The Depeaux in Decatur on a Sunday afternoon, but we found out they are not open for lunch. Feast sits across the street so we decided to give it a try. It was a beautiful day so we took advantage of their lovely patio seating in the back. The atmosphere and food were fantastic - we were all very pleased with our entrees and can't wait to go back! Go check it out!

Feast is a great place for dinner in Decatur. The menu is ecelctic and the food was very good. I love the concept of entree-quality smaller plates, served a la carte. The grilled pork chop and planked salmon are excellent.

Arrived for an early dinner, about 6pm and was promptly seated in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food came promptly and with a smile. However, this is the part of the evening where Feast starts to falter. The starter (mushroom chips) was MUCH too salty as were the sweet potato fries my wife ordered. The small platter lamb chops were OK but two were overcooked and one was undercooked (not sure how they managed this). My wife enjoyed the goat cheese ravioli and this was probably the best dish of the evening. Dessert was OK but overpriced for what it was and the ice cream was a little freezer-burned. Overall, a nice place to have a drink at the bar but if you're looking for decent food, there are better places in Decatur.

Don't be in a rush to eat at Feast, because you'll miss out on the dining experience. First, the restaurant is small, intimate, and groovy - a wonderful atmosphere. The owner is nearly always there - charming & friendly. The wait staff are generally good; never too pushy (sometimes you may need to flag one down), but always customer-oriented. Try something you may not have had before dining here. I generally hate fish, but I always RAVE about the grilled salmon on a plank. So good! Many of the appetizers may be combined for a delicious meal. Fun selection of wines. (Try the occasional special event, like their wine tasting nights!) Overall, a wonderful experience.

The food here is SO good! Service was great and the restaurant is so quaint inside. Try the figs stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in prosciutto - SO SO good!! Try it! You won't be disappointed!

We love Feast. Had our Holiday luncheon there last year and have been back several times to celebrate birthday's, etc. Food is always great though service is a bit slow. The decor is lovely and relaxing.

We love Feast! How thrilled we have been with the friendly service, the great food and the overall atmosphere at Feast. The caesar salad and the grilled salmon are the best! Call ahead on weekends because they fill up fast!

I REALLY like this little place...The servers are very pleasant and interesting people...the food is just great! They make planked salmon almost as good as mine! Cooked perfectly and really full of flavor and not the least bit fishy. Twenty wines for 20 bucks! How good does it get? I wrote one down the other night and will be buying a case! I don't think you will be disappointe here at all..inside is a bit chilly, but I am very sensitive to cold restaurants too.

This was my first time here & I was extremely disappointed. We arrived at 7:20 for our 7:30 reservation. We (party of 2) were seated at 8:15. The waitress immediately warned us that she was hung over from the night before. I guess this was her excuse for not being attentive or pleasant. The worst part was the food, itself. I had the chicken which was so overcooked that it came completely black and dried out. My fiance had a fish entre which was also overcooked. We would have sent both dishes back but we did not see our waitress again for about 1/2 hour. She took our barely-touched plates without even asking if everything was OK...This place looks like a fun place based on the bar seen, but if you are coming here for dinner, do not come with high expectations.

I've only been here once, but I was extremely impressed with the service. All of the people there were clearly very interested in giving their customers the best possible dining experience. Several times I saw e.g. the bartenders preparing something for regulars as they came in the door, and the servers were never too solicitous but they were always there when you wanted them. The food I had was delicious, though my main course (the scallops) wasn't very much food for the money. Still it was a great dinner n a good atmosphere. I expect I'll become a regular here myself.
