I went there to print items off of my USB. Their self service machine was not picking up one of my documents and the Kinkos employee verified this himself by trying to print it on the machines. He also asked another employee if this was an ongoing issue and his colleague said"yes". He printed it out for mand charged me 3 cents more than the nornmal copy because he said he had to to print it out, although he knew the machine was not picking up that particular document. I was able to print out another from my USB prior to the last issue. He made no apologies or provide a discount. He explained that I could have used their computers of which would have costed me $0.25 per minute. I was also one of two customers at 9:30AM. I called the C/S number and never received a call from the manager. I will now take my business to their competitor three blocks away!

There really wasn't any service. I went in with a very specific goal, but I pretty much had to figure out the machines for myself. There wasn't anyone around to help, but somehow people became available when it was time for me to pay and leave. Got the job done, but that's pretty much it. Nothing special.

Excellent facilities for producing variety ranging from banners to photos, flyers and documentation. Computers available for composing and/or printing, wide range of print media. FedEx service is fast and convenient to ship.
Easy to get in and out -- there is someone to help you operate the machines and while you wait on your job to complete, you can peruse the great selection of cards, thank you notes and other seasonal items. Unexpected selection of great items.
I thought at this place you could print off pictures from jump drives / flash drives and you can not. Also they do not take many different types of memory cards. Besides that the place is convenient and accessible!
