So, I got a proof printed of an invitation and RSVP card. I looked at the print; it looked fine in quality. Then I asked to get it cropped; the girl said yes, and I returned the next day. When I got the proofs back, they were HORRIBLE in quality - blurry and the ink was lighter on some of them. I was told that it was the same proof I saw yesterday, but I know it wasn't. I think they scanned the original print and THEN cropped it. Then, to top that off, they chopped my 5x7" card in half and gave me the bottom half as a 4x5". And the cropping was bad, too - crooked and sloppy - I myself could have done a better job. I have to wonder - what in God's name were they smoking? Seriously: how could anyone look at this job, okay it and try to sell it off to a customer as if I would somehow not notice? How unprofessional, rude, and annoying. Then, they actually wanted me to pay for that lousy proof, but I refused. In conclusion, these idiots don't know what they're doing, and they have completely lost a customer. Too bad, because they're cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I brought my own disc to FedEx Kinko's and asked them to use the designs on it to make some signs for me. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ge my job done in a timely manner. The signs were reasonably priced and looked great.

Everyone at this location was very helpful and nice in helping me to figure out the the method I needed to make, publish, bind, and copy a booklet for a gift. I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge level and amount of services.

This Kinko's is typically fast and friendly, however, in my experience with them, they have made mistakes on about 40% of my orders. And that is typically on the larger orders. I usually print jobs with them about a dozen times per year. They are always apologetic and give discounts or refunds if you ask, so if you don't mind the hassle, you may save some money here.

I used this location to print our subdivision's newsletter. I was able to send them a .pdf over the internet and specify my needs. It was ready in only about two hours. I will use them again.
