I've been to a lot of places that want to sell you stuff you don't need. These guys worked with me and were honest right up front. They wanted to do the least expensive thing first to see if it worked and then go from there instead of the most expensive route. That shows integrity, which I look for. The staff was friendly and cheerful. I now have a new shop in which I can trust. These guys rock.

These folks are courteous, friendly, and effective. FWA&R does not overcharge nor make me feel uncomfortable. I will most likely continue to patronize there services when necessary. Frank C Paden

This is just a great place to take your car or truck. They do excellent work and you can trust them.

As usual my car was fixed completely on the same day. And this was with no warning. My car just broke down first thing in the morning and we immediately dropped it in the parking lot at Fed Way Automotive. They had it all fixed before 5pm. Great work! As usual.
