Fellini's Gourmet Pizza Cafe

I live right around Felini's and have gone there countless times. Not the best service, but it works, right? Well, tonight they just charged me double what my normal meal costs, and then tried to tell me I am always charged the extra costs. Ummmm. no. No apologies, no trying to understand my business (I was there at least 3x a week before today), just cold defense of how they do things (when I've never been charged such things) They even tried to tell me I never order the same thing (when I've actually only ordered something different twice in the past year) I'm very disturbed by their response and feel the need to share their lack of interest for their customers (especially loyal). They've lost my service...
