I'm very sad to read negative experiences w/Dr.Cunningham.I have three kids, and have had my share of OB's.Out of all my deliveries Dr.Cunningham has been by far the best I've had.I'm so sad that she has left her practice in Stockbridge to go to Alpharetta.I haven't found an OB/GYN in my area that I like.I liked the fact that she was alone in her practice and I didn't need to repeat my medical history or concerns constantly as this has been my case before in a medical group setting. She deliverd my son via c-section and this was by far the least painful and complicated of my sections. My last check up was her last day in Stockbridge and I thought I would get lost in the shuffle of her move to Alpharetta...NOT the case. She called me within the two weeks she promised, to give me my pap and ultrasound results. I'm Jehovah's Witnesses and bloodless surgery is a must for me. She was very confident(regarding my c-section) and accepting of my beliefs and concerns. When I lived in Miami,my sister,a nurse, had highly recomended her ob who at 36 weeks of my second pregnancy said she could not section me without authorization for blood transfusion!!Eventhough she finally accepted to do my section without the need of blood, she cut too deep & cut my baby with the scalpal while doing my c-section!And with my first delivery,a different Dr.was too busy flirting with the nurses and didn't realize I had to push, and let me rip to my butt.So u see,I know a good ob when I see one. THE BEST!!!

Where to start?.... Dr. Cunningham is the worst dr ever. Never gives exact answers. She is incompetent. I left the office because of this. My new dr faxed a medical release form to get my records, Femcare is ignoring the request. My new dr keeps calling them, with no response. I've tried calling, the receptionist told me the dr will have to look into and call me back! They are my records, and look into what!??! how hard is it to fax? The 1st time I was told Dr. Cunningham will call me back was 3 WEEKS AGO! everytime I call femcare's # (678.961.2273) it goes straight to voicemail and I leave messages, my call never gets returned either. I don't know what dr cunningham's problem is. When I was there for my last appt, I waited over an hour in the exam room. She came in, and basically acted like she didn't know what she was doing! They are starting to get on my nerves and they are interferring with me seeing my new dr! I WILL NEVER USE DR. CUNNINGHAM AS A DOCTOR AGAIN! I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy! Not sure how she became a doctor!

I received a phone call yesterday that Dr. Cunningham will be merging her practice with a practice in Alpharetta. My experience was along the same lines as some of the reviews that I have read. I had completed my visit with Dr. Cunningham and was trying to check out, when the person at the window realized that she didn't have me complete the paper work for a new patient, my you I asked this quesiton when I arrived for my appointment, but she said no we have everything, I thought that was sounded strang. I have been to Dr. Cunningham office twice and really don't understand what's going on with me, when you ask questions she gives you a very dry response and you're even more confused. I wish I had read these reviews before ever making a appt. with this office.

Apparently Dr. Cunningham has moved her practice to Alpharetta. I just got a letter telling me this last week even though she moved over a month ago. I saw her for an exam and pap mid-September and still have gotten no phone call or statement regarding my results. When you call the office, it is forwarded to the new office and they then tell you that Dr. Cunningham will call you back. That was a week ago and still no phone call. When I called again today, they said she'd have to call me back because she's not in the office today. Sounds like the run-around to me.

I was referred to Dr.Cunningham by Crawford Long Hospital after finding out I was pregnant. I arrived at the office at 2:30, 30 minutes before my scheduled appt. time to fill out new patient paperwork. I sat in the waiting room until 3:40 and was called back and placed in a patient room. I waited in the patient room for over an hour and no one ever came in to check or give an update on the Dr. Dr. Cunningham finally came in at 5:00 and was very nonchalant and did not apologize for keeping me waiting.( I have never spent that much time waiting in a private practice) She did not ask to see any paperwork from my previous care giver or ask to see my information about an ER visit I had before seeing her( I told her I had gone a few days before) She did not give me any information about my pregnancy. She asked me if I had any questions like 5 times but when I asked her a question she seemed very unsure and could not give me confident answers. I did not feel comfortable with her at all and will not be returning to that office. I wish I had done my research on her before wasting my time and money.

I have been going to Dr. Cunningham for over a year. The only reason I aws still going there was because of the convienence of being near home. I have tried to call them several times, with no return call. Also, the receptionist gets snappy, doesnt know anything, there is only 2 ppl working in the office. The dr is never available when you need her. Also, when you ask her a questions, I never get a straight logical answer. She beats around the bush. Never tells you the whole truth, or at least she assumes you know what your supposed to do all the time when it comes to infections and things. Also, I have had this happen to me twice now. They will run tests on you, make u call them to get the results and then they tell you everything is normal... about a month or two later, you will get a phone call saying something is wrong. Sometimes, by that time, its too late to take care of something wrong... then what do you do? I will NEVER recommend anyone to go here. As of today, I have decided Dr. Cunningham is not for me, and I will not be going back there... EVER

Where do I start? I scheduled an appt and received a follow-up call to confirm "your appt is scheduled for x/xx/2007. Please call in the event you are unable to keep the appt." I didn't call; there was no need to. I arrived 30 minutes early on the day of the appt to find out my insurance had not been verified by the Dr's office. Over and hour and a half later I was asked to reschedule my appt. Despite the inconvenience, I did so. The "second" appt went well and I was told I would receive a follow-up phone call within ~10 days. I DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL within that time so I called and received a message during stated business hours which told me I had called after hours. I left a vmail message. MY CALL WAS NEVER RETURNED. A week later, I called and explained the situation to the receptionist; she took a message for the Dr. and again MY CALL WAS NEVER RETURNED. About a week and a half later, same thing and again MY CALL WAS NEVER RETURNED. About 6 weeks into this frustration, I called one last time. I explained the circumstances, along with my frustration, once again and declared that if my call was not returned on this 4th attempt I would not be calling again. AGAIN MY CALL WAS NEVER RETURNED. It has been over a week since I placed the last call and I am completely finished doing business with FemCare OBGYN. If you too value attentiveness and responsiveness in a physician, FemCare OBGYN
