Kathy at femfitique ! is truly a pleasure to work with. Her female-only gym is fun and whimsical, and is even "protected" by her two precious little dogs. It never feels like a workout... until the next day!
The trainer is so knowledgeable and can work around a clients needs. It's a great cardio and weightlifting workout -- a total body workout each session.
Kathy with Femfitique ! is the perfect personal trainer for women. She really understands women and their personal training needs. She is a pleasure to work with and I actually look forward to my personal training sessions with her. I lost the inches I wanted to lose in just a couple of months, and I am maintaining with Kathy's guidance and expertise. I have trained with Kathy at Femfitique for 5 years now. She is totally committed to the physical and nutritional needs of her clients. When I first went to see her - she reviewed my body type and my realistic daily life. She formulated a workout plan which changed my body type not just made me lose weight. I became stronger were it counted and those were exercises that I could not get just out of magazine or running a couple miles. Everyone noticed a difference after about 5 sessions! I was then able to safely lose the extra pounds so they stay off! (I was ~10-15 lbs overweight) She also changed my eating habits and how I thought about food. This has helped me keep the pounds off as well and also train for events ( half marathons and sprint tri-s) in a much more efficient manner. She is that added "umph" to got me from a size 10 to size 6 :). Hooray for Kathy - She is also a great friend and listener who cares for us as individuals not just clients!
