I had a large, wooden fence installed around the perimeter of my home by Fenceworks of Georgia in 2009. Over the years, I have needed to replace a post or picket here and there due to the age of the fence and rot on the posts. They just came out today to repair a couple of posts and three pickets. Whenever Fenceworks has come out to do the work, and I am always very pleased with the quality and speed with which the work is completed. Tim is my "go-to" person. He will respond and ensure customer satisfaction. The fence will eventually need to be replaced. When the time comes, I will have Fenceworks come out to do it. S.M. (Dunwoody, GA)

I had an appointment for an estimate for 9:30 in the morning. Joe contacted me via text just before 8:30 to tell me that he was "sick of being soaking wet all day", and ask to reschedule. I will admit that it had been a very rainy week, but I literally had all of the information he would have needed to get me a quote, so there was no reason for him to be outside at all. Clearly, customer service is not Joe's forte... I decided that the owner deserved to know about Joe, so I made several attempts to contact them, but I kept getting sent to voicemail. I guess I'll have to take my business to someone who actually wants it...

Joe contacted me today, the day of the appointment, to reschedule due to rain. This was not an installation, just an estimate, and I already have my property measured and graphed out. So there was no need for him to get wet. He just needed to show up look at the numbers and give me a price. My only positive thing to report is that I'm happy I found out before hiring them that they don't keep their word. I recommend finding a company that does that they say when they say they will do it

We recently used FenceWorks of Georgia to replace our backyard fence. Tim Hayes and his crew did a great job, completing the project ahead of schedule and for the cost estimate provided which was a better value than the long-standing competitor in the area. Tim worked with our landscape contractor to phase the project around other work being done simultaneously without hesitation. The project couldn't have gone better and I wouldn't hesitate to use FenceWorks again.

Originally, I had a problem with a sales person and appointment time confusion. The owner Tim, addressed my concerns and disappointment in a very timely manner after reading my review. It appears customer service is serious to this company and I am very impressed with the owners response. I decided to use Fenceworks of Georgia based on the fair price Tim gave me and I couldn't be happier. Good quality and the installation crew was respectful.

5 stars at not keeping their word or standing behind their work! I contacted Joe on the phone about broken fence posts (which are supposed to be covered under warranty) and Joel came out and said they would deliver 17 posts and 17 bags of concrete but I have not heard from them nor have any materials shown up. Do yourself a favor an avoid at all costs.
Had fence put in along the back of the property- started falling apart after 3 years and warranty only covers posts not workmanship.

When I had FenceWorks install a fence on my property, the fence was very well built but was over the property line on one side of the property. I called and met with the company representative who said that the only way to know was to have a surveyor shoot the line. I did so and the surveyor found that one side of the fence was installed over 1 foot on the neighbor's property. I contacted the company representative and the fence was promptly relocated back to my property however and the company has offer to reimburse the cost of the surveyor ($250). As a business owner, I know that something can always go wrong if you work with people or equipment; the difference in a company is how you react to the problem. Thanks to FenceWorks and rest assure that I will recommend you to the new homeowners in our neighborhood.
The project involved installing a 4-rail fence on three sides of the rear of MY property.

We couldn't be more pleased with Fenceworks. We had a small job, just 24 linear feet of fence, and Wally was out to give us a quote within a couple days of our call. Our HOA requires a specific style, and Wally didn't even blink. Installation took place just a week later and we didn't need to be home, which was nice. Every section, every board, every post was straight and level. I could tell these guys knew what they were doing and cared about the finished look. The price was very fair for the addition of a gate and the buried posts with decorative tops. I would absolutely hire this company again.

As part of a new home construction we wanted a new fence for our 1 acre lot. It was a tall order and had to be coordinated with the builders. Tim's team was able to accommodate our dynamic schedule, provided a wonderful quality product and were almost half of what others were quoting.

I used Tim at the recommendation of my pool builder and had a great experience. He coordinated everything with the pool schedule and the fence looks great. I recently used them again to add some more pasture fence and had the same good experience. Priced right, good quality, fast installs and friendly people.

Great Job! My wife and and I were thoroughly pleased with the fence installation job by FenceWorks of Georgia. Literally, within 2 hours, the entire fence was completed with a cleanup that left my property unscathed. The work crew was both cooperative and courteous having performed excellent workmanship. The fence looks great!

Very professional!! Much less expensive than other estimates I received to add a privacy fence along the back of our yard to add to already existing sides. The new portion of the fence looks AMAZING. They completed it in 4 hrs and even used extra boards to replace broken or rotted in the existing fence without charging extra. I was skeptical at first because the price was much less than others, but I am so glad we used FenceWorks of Ga and would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. In fact, we may hire them in a year or 2 when the rest of the fence needs replacing.

I worked with Tim Hayes. Tim was punctual, very responsive to e-mails, answered questions and provided me a great fence at a bargain. We have two dogs and asked him to make sure they couldn't get out and Tim went above and beyond to do so. We are very happy with the service we got from him. Fence went up in a day (he took down our old fence and put up 400 linear feet of fence). Seriously - pick this guy.
