Good but pricey
Fenix might suprise you. It's in a little strip mall between Baskin Robins and some small taco stand but it's very nice inside. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
The food was very good, like what you would expect at a more upscale establishment but it had the usscale establishment price to go along with it. I guess you get what you pay for so if you have the money, I recommend Fenix.
