Dr. Ferree, as mentioned in previous reviews, is an absolute angel. Her care and concern rivals that of any doctor I've ever visited. She's not only a well-trained professional and top notch at her practice but absolutely gorgeous and charming as well (this may only matter to men ages 25-45). She gives you your diagnosis/prognosis straight without any flinching or hesitation. She wastes none of your time, gets you in and out quickly and manages to provide prompt service without sacrificing that neighborly, bed-side manner we all want in a doctor. My one criticism of her practice is that her staff responsible for billing and insurance claims seems incredibly inept. I've tried on several occasions to contact them regarding mistakes with billing to my insurance company. Every time I call I get a recorded message saying they are very busy and can't answer my call and to leave a message. I've never received a return phone call from Dr. Ferree or her staff. I currently have an erroneous outstanding bill with her that I will not pay until I'm able to resolve it with her and my insurance company. If it weren't for this issue, this fine physician would get 5 stars from me, but I just can't abide 4 non-returned phone calls from her administrative staff.

Dr. Ferree took loving care of my very sick Mom and now is also caring for my Dad. She is always accessible, always return phone calls and is a wonderful, engaged physician. Truly one of Atlanta's best!

Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare! Had to wait almost two months for a routine physical. After arriving for the long awaited appointment, the front office staff is probably the rudest, I have ever encountered. Very curt and unable to handle simple situations and questions with any degree of concern or professionalism. If routine office matters are handled poorly, I would not want to entrust an emergency or serious condition to this practice.

I had Bronchitis for 3 weeks. I had gone to my previous doctor and they gave me antibiotics and a shot, but I had to go 2 weeks in a row since I wasn't getting any better. The 3rd week I was fed up with them, so I went to see Dr. Ferree. Not only was she a blessing, all of her staff so precious and friendly. Dr. Ferree prescribed a new and different medicine and some cough medicine, which has made the biggest difference in the world. She truly does care and love all of her patients, which is the meaning of a real doctor. If you need one, she's the one to call.

We moved from PA in the spring and were upset that we had to lose our doctor there. We tried several new doctors in this area and then made an appointment with Dr. Ferree. That is where we stopped. She is very caring and concerned for her patients and considerate for their feelings. She will take the time to talk, even to the point of being late for the next patient. These are characteristics that are rare today and for that, my wife and I HIGHLY suggest you make an appointment with her.

Dr. Ferree is the angel that you see in old movies come alive as doctors. She is the definition of a Doctor, She cares about her patient the same way that she cares about her own family. She spends as much time as Patient wants with him/her. She is very thorough and extremely knowledgable and intelligent. She practices medicine for the passsion of the profession and She is a rare pearl when it comes to treating patients and actually healing them. She has made so much difference in the health of my wife and I in just two months that we will always be her patients and her number one fans. She is in our prayers everyday as we need our guardian angel.
