It is definitely a small branch. Only a few people working. Had a bad experience with them. The staffs are not friendly and even rude to me. I was trying to deposit my cheque, and the staff at the drive thru did not even greet me. Took him so long to get my things done. Asked me to come into the bank, after 10 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru. When I asked him why I have to come in, he didn't even want to answer my question but insisted that I have to go in. When I asked him why is it taking him so long, he didn't even bother answering my question either. Talked to the Manager, she didn't really care either. Denied that her staff is that rude!! What kind of service industry is this?

The people at this branch are very nice but it is a small bank that tried to go big time and never really made it. It seems to me that they don't have the "downhome" feeling they once did, but they don't offer all the services, many free, that the big boys do. They sold their credit card business and if you forget and drop it in the drop box, they can't do you the courtesy of sending it on. They'll pay to send it back to you! Why? At least the two tellers I asked, didn't know the address. This partcular location is very hard to get in and out of. The drive thru is on the front and you risk life and limb to cross the parking lot to get to the door.
