Fidelity Home Inspections

John spent several hours inspecting a house that we were looking to purchase. We used him for a regular inspection, as well as for a pool and radon inspection. His inspections were thorough and required John to come to the house three separate times to get all the inspections completed. He was more than willing and accommodating in this process. He was able to explain a lot of issues to us in layman's terms and gave us plenty to consider with the house. He even recommended a couple great contractors to deal with one of the large issues that came up at the inspection. Will definitely use John again.

Being a first time homebuyer, I looked for some time to find a certified inspector who had the credentials, reasonable cost and time to come out and help my wife and I get the most out of our homebuying experience. John was nothing short of fantastic, not only inspecting the house, but helping me understand how the different system throughout work, safety tips, some maintenance suggestions and more. I moved to the area 7 years ago and John Badger did the inspection on the home I purchased. I am back in the housing market and wanted no one but John to do the inspection for the new house.

He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He walks through the home with you and points everything out like a class on homeownership. His insights are invaluable, and his expertise is mind boggling. Absolutely recommended!!

John Badger was great! My loan did not require an inspection, but I thought I'd have one done to be on the safe side and I am so glad I did! Mr. Badger went through everything with me and walked me through the whole process. There were issues that needed addressing I would never have been aware of! I strongly advise having Mr. Badger inspect your future home before purchasing.
