I found Fidelity to be excellent in Service. They were very informative offering to explain everything he did prior to installation and after. Mat went the extra mile in checking our other locks in the hour to make certain that they were in proper working order. Mat came to our home at the agreed upon time and called prior to coming. I will call Fidelity again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a Professional Locksmith in every sense of the term ""Professional"".

The tech that came out, Perry was professional and quick. He called 15 minutes before arrival, which was stated when I called to make appointment. They gave me a window of 1 hour, and he arrived right in the beginning of the window. (That doesn't happen with many companies. Usually I have to wait around all day.) Thank you Perry. would definitely use them again.

So, I Just bought a house and needed locks changed. Matt provided quote over the phone and scheduled the lock changes. Was on time and provided some extra explanations for the garage which were very helpful. He finished changing locks in about an hour and final bill was exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use FIDELITY Locksmith again, so easy to use!

This is the second time I have used Fidelity Locksmith and while I hope I don't have any more work, I would call this again for sure! This time they were able to schedule me same day and Steven came oand made great suggestions and gave us some security tips too. We are new to the area and really appreciate going the extra mile to satisfy the customer!

I've used Fidelity twice now, and both times the service couldn't have been better. The first was an emergency, where my keys were broken in the lock. Alex knew what the problem was before he even touched the keys, and I had no problem after that. The second time was moving into a new home, where Steven re-keyed the doors.
