Fido Fence built our black steel fence around our pool. It looks great. Chris came out and gave us an estimate. He worked around our schedule with our pool being built. Henry and the rest of the crew did an excellent job installing the fence. A very pleasant experience. I would definitely use Fido Fence again. Jeff & Wanda Bowman

We had hired them for porch railings and were shocked at the poor quality. Their installation crew didn't even know what measurements were required for current bulding codes. We actually had to stop them mid-install and ended up firing them completely. When we voiced our concerns, their owner was flippant and rude. The best thing we can say is that they gave us no grief about leaving the premises.

We used Fido about 3.5 years ago on our backyard fence. They did a decent job and the price was good. A friend of ours recently hit our front gate as she was leaving our driveway. It needed replacing so we went with Fido again. Well, they fixed it but they also tore up our irrigation system in the process. They dug up their hole and we had no clue until this early summer when we tried to use the system and nothing was working. I called Chris at Fido and he basically said 'not my problem'. We did sign a contract which of course says that they are not responsible for yadda, yadda but a good business would acknowledge their fault and step up in my opinion. The pipe is right by the post that they had to fix and this is the only way this could have happened. The way it was done was so obvious that the guy who did it would have known he did it. That is the worst part. Anyhow, I'd rather pay a little more next time for a company who does a better job. This is going to cost us more than the original work we had done on our gate.

Fido fences did a major renovation for our 100-year-old craftsman bungalow. Everything turned out great! We love sitting on our beautiful back porch with the high ceilings. Chris, Henry, and the team are true craftsman and we can't be more pleased!

David and the Fido crew did a great job on our fence. We had a miscommunication on the type of fence (needed split rail to meet neighborhood guidelines) and they worked till late in the day to get the right fence installed. It looks great and works great too.

I was renting out my house to a tenant that wanted a fence put in. The tenant signed the lease and I gave Fido Fences a $650 deposit to put a fence in. A few days later the tenant backed out of the lease and I called Fido to cancel my order and get a refund on my $650. They told me that it would not be a problem and they would put it back on my credit card. I checked my card and they never put it back. I kept calling them, sending them emails and they would never respond back. I ended up leasing to another tenant that also wanted a fence so I then called them and emailed them to come out and put in my fence since they didn't seem interested in refunding my $650 deposit. They wouldn't return calls or emails and basically ignored my requests to have them put the fence in. They basically dragged out the process past the time period where you can dispute the charge with visa. Doing business with them or giving them a deposit is very risky because they may simply take your deposit and ignore you afterwards.

I picked Fido Fences after I saw all the great reviews on here. All I can say is CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!! The fence doors were installed so they opened the wrong direction I requested. When I bought the fence from David I was told there was a warranty on the crossbraces. If they bowed they would be replaced. Now a year later after two unreturned phone calls I am told they don't warranty bowing!! Stay away!!

From the first phone call to David, the salesperson, to the actual installation of my fence, it was a hassle-free professional experience!! I've never seen two men work so hard and do such an incredible job cleaning up.!! Two men, 290 feet of fence in 8 hours and my fence is gorgeous and sturdy! Chris and David are true business pro's! Thanks fellas! Marcy Joiner-Happy Fence Owner

Not worth the headache! Complete nightmare that lasted 6 weeks. We were promised our fence and gate would take 2 weeks. Two weeks came and went and it literally took 3 more days to get Fido to update us on the status. Fido had every excuse in the book and it took them an additional 4 weeks to complete the job. Within the first 24 hours of the fence being complete, minus a few errors they made, Fido called us upwards of 23 times begging for their money, citing, they needed the remaining $4500 to make payroll. David even left me a voice message asking me to leave my credit card information on his voice mail. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I told them I would not pay the balance until they followed-up and corrected their errors. USE SOMEONE ELSE!

We called Fido Fences and David came out within 24 hours. He was very professional, gave us a reasonable written estimate onsite, and had our fence installed within a few days. Not only did the fence go up without a flaw, but everyone at Fido Fences was very courteous. I am pleased with every aspect of Fido Fences and would recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service and quality workmanship at a great price!

Recently, when I had been inquiring about fences and decks, I located Fido Fences. After, speaking with their sales professional,David, I was impressed with his level of professionalism and knowledge. I also found their rates to be less than many of their competitors. In either case, their customer service skills and level of professionalism is excellent. I would recommend Fido Fences and Decks.

Fido was hired to build a fence and deck. The fence went up and looks nice, although the fence post tops were not as specified. The deck was not built to code, and failed on 6 items, including not being bolted to the house. It took an additional 8 hours for the mistakes to be fixed. There was no clean-up when the job was initially done, and I spent hours picking up hundreds of nails, paper, and scrap wood. I do have to say that the salesman, David was pleasant, and tried to resolve the issues. The owners Father also was very nice, and resolved the failed inspection items. This project just took way too long because of the problems.
