Very Diappointed
We had hired them for porch railings and were shocked at the poor quality. Their installation crew didn't even know what measurements were required for current bulding codes. We actually had to stop them mid-install and ended up firing them completely. When we voiced our concerns, their owner was flippant and rude. The best thing we can say is that they gave us no grief about leaving the premises.

Do not use this company!
We used Fido about 3.5 years ago on our backyard fence. They did a decent job and the price was good. A friend of ours recently hit our front gate as she was leaving our driveway. It needed replacing so we went with Fido again. Well, they fixed it but they also tore up our irrigation system in the process. They dug up their hole and we had no clue until this early summer when we tried to use the system and nothing was working. I called Chris at Fido and he basically said 'not my problem'. We did sign a contract which of course says that they are not responsible for yadda, yadda but a good business would acknowledge their fault and step up in my opinion. The pipe is right by the post that they had to fix and this is the only way this could have happened. The way it was done was so obvious that the guy who did it would have known he did it. That is the worst part. Anyhow, I'd rather pay a little more next time for a company who does a better job. This is going to cost us more than the original work we had done on our gate.

Beautiful work!
Fido fences did a major renovation for our 100-year-old craftsman bungalow. Everything turned out great! We love sitting on our beautiful back porch with the high ceilings. Chris, Henry, and the team are true craftsman and we can't be more pleased!

Great service and a great fence
David and the Fido crew did a great job on our fence. We had a miscommunication on the type of fence (needed split rail to meet neighborhood guidelines) and they worked till late in the day to get the right fence installed. It looks great and works great too.
