Sadly this amazing place had to close its doors. If it ever re-opens...it truly is the best! I have tried 3 other places in the Valley and nothing compares to quality of Fido's. :-(

My dogs are absolutely everything to me. I trust very few to care for my dogs (that includes family!). I have toured so many facilities and found myself distraught at their conditions and standards. I found Fido's while driving by one day. The facility is absolutely spotless and top notch. The owners are always on site and the dogs get TWENTY FOUR HOUR care. The staff members are amazing and some are even certified dog trainers. They only accept balanced and healthy dogs. They watch over my dogs as if they were literally their own. I can't speak enough about how great Fido's is. After going to other places I know first hand, they are the best with my two beagles. Another nice thing is Brenda, the owner, is always doing special things for the dogs and their owners. For example, free Santa pictures and Easter bunny ear pictures. She gives 110% to all of her clients and treats us all as family.

I have a very active 2 year old dog. I don't know what I would do without Fido's. The staff is professional, well trained and the dogs are NEVER left alone - they are not even left with one staff member. Fido's is spotless. The dogs are allowed to potty on the play ground and the SECOND this happens there is a stafff member with a bucket, towels, brushes and cleaner. My dog has never had an issue with being confused between where he can go at camp and what he does at home. We have used all of the services that Fido's offers - day camp, boarding, grooming and training and I rate all of them at the top. When I travel no one thinks it's strange that I call to check on my dog - and I really believe they love him as much as I do. I appreciate the outstanding customer service, the love given to the dogs and the fact that there are rules and the dogs know what they are. I can't say enough about Fido's - I don't know what I'd do without Brenda, Neal and the team!

I boarded my dog here for 3 days. When she came home she started going to the bathroom in the house. I realized that she had been un-housebroken in that amount of time. The dogs here do not go outside. They go inside where ever they want. It took me two weeks to retrain her! I will never do that again.

As the owner of Fido's, I have never had to respond to a review except to thank my customers for saying such wonderful things about their experiences with us. We truly appreciate their business and their loyalty.
In response to the unpleasant review from a customer that we don't recall due to never having received such a complaint, I deem it necessary to defend our company.
Our dog guests do not do their business where ever they want. They have a designated area in which they are to go. The review made it sound as though our guests run about the facility and go where they want. Any of our 350+ loyal customers know this is not true. Fido's has never received a complaint that their dog has lost their potty habits at home. And yes it's true; we don't allow our dog guests to go outside. For we truly believe our guests are much safer being in a clean, indoor and controlled environment.
We welcome you to tour our facility unannounced at any given time for we are very proud of our establishment. Or you can visit our website to view photos and read what many of our customers have to say.
