Horrible Customer Service and relations... If I could give less than one star, I would.. I went to the location at 10 AM (their opening time) to schedule my pool to be opened, no one arrived until 10:10 to open the building. After being told there weren't that many people on the list, I was informed I would be called the day before they arrived. Two weeks went by and no contact, so I called again. I was then told there were over 20 pools ahead of me. They said they'd have the guy call me the next day...three days later, no call from the guy or the rep at the store. I found Smith Pools in Meadville...yes, in another city.... who scheduled me for the next day! When I called Fiesta to let them know I was cancelling because I got someone else... not a why, or sorry, or even one question was asked. Too bad, because my pool will need a new solar cover and a new winter safety cover.... guess they don't need the business and just plain don't care.

We were so excited to buy a pool this summer. We bought a 18x33 and couldn't wait for it to arrive as we sketched plans. They were super nice... until they got our money. Once the pool was finally installed we started having problems. The liner began bunching and looked like it was melted. They were rude on the phone, wouldn't look at it, wouldn't help, Wouldn't do anything about the warranty. Horrible Company. I would not recommend them to anyone I liked.
