I requested a price bid through AAA in August 2012, three years ago. Several car dealers responded, including Findlay Chevrolet. I purchased my new car through a different dealer. Since 2012 I receive weekly auto dialed robo calls from Findlay Chevrolet trying to sell me a car. They call me at dinnertime. They called me when I was resting from surgery and needed my rest. Every time they call I tell them to stop calling me but the calls keep coming. When I complained to three different managers all I get is they are just doing their jobs and that they have no way of knowing when I eat dinner or if I had surgery. Is their job to harass people who tell them to stop calling? This dealership is full of rude inconsiderate people and I would NEVER purchase a car from them. None of the other dealers who responded to the AAA online referral continued to call me after I told them I had already purchased my new car, only Findlay Chevrolet.

My wife and I went to Findlay Chevrolet last week to lood at SUV's and were greeted by our salesman Brian. He asked questions to determine what we needed and gave a couple of suggestions. After taking our test drive we were in and out in under 2 hours with our new Suburban (unlike the last car purchase we did that took half the day.) Thank you Brian and thank you Findlay Chevrolet!!

I drove to Las Vegas for a convention this weekend and my check engine light came on and I lost engine power just as I got into town. I took my Yukon to Findlay and was very pleased with the service. Not only did they shuttle me to and from my hotel so I lost a minimal amount of time at the convention, but they did not charge me for the repair even though the vehicle was over mileage for the warrantee. After many bad experiences with new car dealers, I could not havebeen more pleased!!!

My experience at Findlay Chevrolet was fantastic! My salesman, Nathan Janacek, was very professional and very informative. Overall, the staff at Findlay provided quality service without the "Pushy Salesman" mentality. I was able to go and view the car I was interested in purchasing and Nathan provided me with the information I was seeking. In addition, I was able to see the breakdown of the buying price of the vehicle. "No hidden fees"! Findlay was straight forward throughout the entire process, unlike other dealerships in the valley. This dealership receives 5 stars!

Findlay Chevy is the best dealer to buy a car from! The whole experience of buying a new car for the first time was great. I had gone to integrity & Nissan that same day and didn't get the car that I wanted because of the bad service. My boyfriend took me to findlay just to look at a car & I ended up buying a chevy(American for the first time). They also stayed open for me until almost midnite because I couldn't make up my mind. But they where all so great and came up with a great price I couldn't pass on! I will always recomend them to anyone, great place to do business with. I have nothing but great things to say about this company!!!!!!!

Findlay Chevrolet is the best in the business for treating customers right and providing great service. Their fleet department is better then any Ive been to before and their service department is quick and helpful. I would suggest using them to anyone I know.
