crew nailed thru flashing around chimney causing leaks told me I didn't know what I was talking about (probably cause I am female) I had to get a man to my house & show them their mistake
neighbor called police because one of crew was relieving bladder in street
company did not compensate for their mistakes

I had to choose stars for each. I know nothing about the quality or value. I had my first appointment booked a week ago for May 9, it was a no call no show. Usually this takes a company out of the running, but because of the great reviews and friends highly recommending them, I set my appointment which was SUPPOSED to be today May 15. This time they called to say they prefer to come tomorrow I prefer to come to work tomorrow too, but I HAVE to come because it's a commitment! Needless to say I dont care how good the reviews that's bad business all around and I'll go elsewhere that has time to come by or that prefers to come by on their appt at the scheduled time and day...

This past weekend, my wife noticed some water damage on the ceiling of our second floor laundry closet.

After ruling out the possibility of the water damage having to do with my HVAC, I called for the free roof inspection.


On Wednesday of this week, a great employee named Clint came out to my home in Kennesaw. He quickly began checking for the source of the leak by inspecting both my attic and the roof.


Within a few minutes, Clint identified the problem – a couple of areas on the roof with the shingles missing. There was no evidence of any water damage in the attic at all.



I appreciated his quick diagnosis, and seeing the photos of what was wrong.



Clint made such a great first impression of Findlay. Definitely makes me want to give them my future roofing business.

Needed shingles replaced. Had previously seen the many positive reviews of Findlay at various sites such as Kudzu and Angie's List so decided to check with Findlay. Their estimator came out as planned and having replaced roofs before knew the quote was more than fair for shingle replacement and new ridge venting. I did not bother with getting other quotes. We eventually set up a time and that it rained and we had to reschedule to the following day the job was completed and they did a great job not only on the roof but in cleaning up. I addition to the roof, I also contracted with them for some work on the fascia due to insect damage. That crew did a great professional job as well. Would highly recommend them for roofing work....

Roof installed in 2010.Initially had issues with leaks and workers coming back to fix in a timely manner. Cody stepped forward and had everything fixed properly. 2013, developed another leak. Initially had issues with workers missing 2 appointments and billed for warranty work. Again, Cody stepped forward and addressed our issues. Work is scheduled to be completed. Cody has turned this situation around 100%.
