Fini's Pizza

I love this family owned and operated business. The prices are a little steep for lunch, but the experience is such a good one that I reserve it for the best occasions and beautiful days.

me and my family really like Finis. We have been for lunch as well as dinner We love the aranici rice balls.. they are to die for the pizza is fresh and never ever greasy.. my child has kids alfredo and even it was really above average.. The other pasta dishes.. I have tried, not the best Ive had, but the garlic knots.. are really good.. as well as the coffee.. I myself have never had poor service and I drive to Lawrenceville from Grayson and pass several other places to come to Finis.. its is good, and pretty fair price wise..

Great little pizza restaurant. They make a really good thin crust pizza. I think their biggest downfall is that they don't deliver, and their side salad prices are borderline ridiculous- we paid over $5 for a side caesar. Many other italian dishes available too, and every one I've tried has been good.

On August 4th, my husband and I took my Mother who was visiting from Texas to Fini's. Previously we were big fans of the pizza and food. We ordered pizza, the menu doesn't state that the specialty pizza is charged double by the slice. You pay for the basic pizza, and then for each additional topping on the specialty pizza. The menu clearly states the charges for the create your own pizza , but not the specialty pizza. Our Server also did not mention the additional fee. When we got our bill, I inquired about the charges. It took them some time to figure out what the charges were and then the server came back and said that each slice of pizza my mother ordered was charged at almost $7 per slice. She ordered two slices so it was $14 for her two slices. I handed the server my credit card to pay, and asked to speak with the manager. My concern was not the charge, but the deceptive menu. When the manager (Joanna Fini) came to the table, she immediately approached us with a hostil attitude. When I mentioned to her that I felt the menu was misleading, she stated that she "created the menu myself" and that she didn't think the menu was at all deceptive. She also stated that she was a Fini as if that should change my feelings. And acted as if I was trying to get the pizza for free. I had already given my credit card so that wasn't the case. I told her that her attitude was going to prevent repeat customers from coming back, and she said that's my loss not hers.Shocking

This establishment has great pizza for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is from NY looking for their hometown pizza.
