Doc's assistant was wonderful. I'm sorry to give such a bad review as you don't deserve it. This Doc walked in the room, asked some questions and wouldn't give me a second to speak. When I did get a second, he shook his head as if he wasn't even listening. The only thing it seemed he had on his mind was getting to the next patient. Sad experience. Very disappointed.

I saw this doctor at Resurgen's Roswell location. The check-in was fast & I was seen quickly. So, no problems there. However, Dr. Finkelstein would not let me get a word in edgewise. He just assumed he knew what my problem was instead of actually listening to me. He rushed through the visit and acted like he had more important things to do to besides treating me. He even appeared annoyed at times. His attitude and poor bedside manner made me very uncomfortable, therefore, I never returned to see him for further treatment. I would not recommend this doctor. There are too many other qualified doctors, with a more caring & pleasant demeanor, in the area to chose from.

Dr. Finkelstein could have cared less what my problem was and was so worried about getting to his next patient, he didn't bother listening to what I had to say. I have never been more insulted at the attitude of a "caring" physician more than at this place. I hope the other doctors here are better than this guy, but I have found a much more caring and understanding orthopedic doctor in Atlanta than this jerk.

In my search for back pain relief I saw Dr. Finkelstein. He took an x-ray, never an MRI, and missed the fact that I had bone-on-bone in one section of my spine. He was very abrupt and acted as if I was wasting his time. After physical therapy, accupuncture, epdidural shots, etc. I found Dr. Steven Disch and he fixed my problem!
