We had enrolled our daughter to begin here tomorrow, but were fortunate enough to find care at a more convenient place. I called twice to touch base, never heard back. I understand daycares are busy places, so didn't think much of it. Then, the website was down. THEN, they cashed our check three weeks ahead of her scheduled start date, and now I find out they are closing via the internet. Guess I'll never see our $1700 now. I feel badly for the parents who are left without care with such short notice. Unbelievable.

If there was an option to rate "1/2 star", I would. We have seen drastic changes in the quality of the staff, the food and facility overall. After all of thisthe deceit.. the promise that things "will get better".. FIO sends an e-mail announcing the closing of the facility with less than 3 weeks notice! The facility owner, Chrissy (aka "the actress") claims that they didn't know this was coming. Now parents are scrambling to enroll their children with this sudden change. I wish the teachers there the best of luck. Especially the ones who really cared about the children.

You will do well not to bring your child to this daycare! Don't let the high-tech facility fool you! The owner, Crissy, cares about the children only to the capacity of an ant at the bottom of her shoe. She is too cheap to buy anything for the school, including new toys. I think that the majority of the teachers are great with a real passion for education; however, I think that the owner limits their abilities and creativity in educating well our children. Afterall, they are the ones with childcare experience. Everytime I look up there are new teachers and more cutbacks. Although my daughter enjoyed it for a while, I didn't enjoy the fact that she really wasn't learning anything new.

FIO had a few hyper critical, high maintenance, helicopter parents. But I guess that comes with territory. It is a new center so it is true it is still finding its footing.

There is a new parent committee who is supportive and committed to the school so hopefully it all works for the best.

My child enjoys going to school everyday and to me that is what is important. If he is not behaving all I have to do is tell him he is missing school for the day and he straightens up. ;)

Taking Monaco, our 4 month old to Fio360 has been an incredible experience. Both, my wife and I have been very pleased with their services and highly recommend it to everyone knowing that your kid is in safe hands is priceless.
